Pitch, Mobile Home and chalet bookings
- Booking guarantees that there will be a numbered pitch or chalet available on arrival. It is tried as far as possible to give our guests the pitch requested (or a similar one).
For the pitch, we demand the settlement of the balance of your booking on arrival at the campsite.
For the mobile homes and chalets, settlements should be down 30 days before arrival.
- Guests are obliged to comply with the rules and procedures in effect at the campsite. A copy of these rules is available on request. Guests have to take notice of theses rules.
- For the pitches, each night is counted from midday to midday. As for the mobile homes and chalets, each night is counted from 3 pm to 10 am. The cost for the following night is due as soon as you have settled on your pitch.
- Week bookings include water, gas and electricity, access to the swimming pool and different services except sauna.
- Pitch bookings include access to sanitary (with hot water) and swimming pool and others services except sauna.
- Mobile homes and chalets are equipped with: dishes, fridge and/or freezer, micro wave, blankets, pillows. Bed linens are not available.
- The contract is not-transferable.
- In case of delayed arrival or early departure no refund will be granted.
- Dogs and cats will be allowed inside the campsite provided that they are leashed, clean, identified by tattoo or microchip and accompanied with a valid rabies vaccination certificate which you have to produce on arrival.
How to reserve:
- The guest should send the campsite the booking form filled, dated and signed with a down payment of 30% of the total amount.
Following payment methods are accepted:

+ Bank transfer by IBAN : FR76 1780 7000 3875 3214 7398 548
- Booking will come into existence only when the guest has received the confirmation.
- In case you should postpone your arrival date and you have not informed the campsite, the pitch can be reallocated 24 hours after the arrival date specified in the contract. The balance however will remain due. If you wish to change the dates of your stay, we cannot guarantee that you will be allocated the same pitch.
- Should you cancel the contracted stay:
+More than 30 days before the expected arrival date:
You would be charged only the compulsory booking fee and 30% of the entire amount of your stay.
+Less than 30 days before the expected arrival date or if you fail to appear at this date:
You would be liable to pay the compulsory booking fee and the entire amount of your stay.
- A security deposit of 250 will be collected on arrival. This deposit consists of :
+ An inventory deposit of 200 by check intended to cover breakage or damage of the accommodation sustained during your stay. This check will be refunded on your departure after the accommodation has been checked.
+ Separately 50 for possible cleaning expenses. This will also be refunded on departure unless the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory state or if you do not want to do the cleaning yourself.
- Any damage or breakage of furniture in your accommodation has to be reported to the management immediately.
- Please come and inform as about your intended departure time the day before your departure in order to make an appointment for the taking over of your accommodation. This can only take place within the Reception opening hours. If you want to leave before or after this period, the deposit will be sent back to you within a months time provided the accommodation was left in a satisfactory condition.
Insurance cancellation: (if contracted in the booking form)
- Should you cancel the contracted stay :
+ More than 30 days before the expected arrival date :
You would be charged only the compulsory booking fee and 20 % of the entire amount of your stay.
+ Less than 30 days before the expected arrival date or if you fail to appear on that day:
You would be liable to pay the compulsory booking fee and the total cost of your stay.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code concerning the process of mediation of consumer disputes, the client has the right to make free use of the mediation service offered by SARL CAMPING NAMASTE. The mediator consumer law thus proposed is MEDICYS.
