account and reservation:
For every reservation you have to join the account of 30% by creditcard or by bank + 25 € reservationcosts . The rest of your stay has to be paid at arrival at the campsite. The pitch has to be free at 12 p.m. at your departure.
Pitch : The piches satisfie to the norms of a 4 stars campsite. The lying of the reserved pitch depends of our planning. If possible we take account of the wishes of our clients (sun, shadow, near the swimmping pool, quiet or central ). In no case you can cancel your reservation by the choice of the pitch. The campsite is not responsible of weather events or events caused by others .
Belated or cancelling of a booking: You are belated: You have to inform us the arrival day that you may be late at the campsite (after 6 P.M.). Without any information we still keep your place until 12 p.m. the following day. After 24 hours, we cam dispose of your pitch. In case of cancelling more than 1 month before arrival, the campsite will return you the account. The dossier costs will not be returned.
Reception and registration: At arrival you have to registrate your self at the reception and the rest of the amount for your stay has to be paid. The reception is open from 8 a.m until 6.30 p.m If you arrive when the reception is closed, please call us.
Animals: Animals are allowed only for pitch. You have to keep them on the leash, they have to be tattooed against rabies. A certificate of vaccination is obligatory.

Booking procedure : All the bookings are personal and cannot be sublet. The booking is official on receiving the booking form and the account of 30% +25 € reservationcosts. The rest of the amount has to be paid at the latest 30 days before arrival. If the remain amount hasn't been paid 30 days before arrival, the booking will be rendered null and avoid. We advise you to make an insurance for cancelling..
Inventary : An inventory of the material will be made at departure. At arrival the inventory has to be checked by the hirer and to be sign at the reception the same day. A guarantee has to be paid at arrival (200€). The day you leave the accommodation, we will check the inventory and the accommodation. Cleaning costs are 60€. We can check between 8 and 10 a.m. In case of leaving without informing the direction, the direction will keep the account..
Animal : Animals are not admitted in the accommodation.
Reception : The arrival in July and August is from Saturday or Wednesday from 16 p.m. and the departure Wednesday or Saturday between 8 and 10 a.m. Minimum booking 1 week in July and August.
Cancelling of a reservation : If you have to cancel your reservation, you have to send us this cancelling by registered post. We only pay back the account by following motifs: grave decease, accident, dying from a fellow creature or dismissal You have to send us in 48 hours a certificate. If the cancelling is certified, we will pay back the following amounts: - More than 60 days before arrival 90% of the account- Between 60 and 45 days before arrival 60% of the account- Between 45 and 30 days before arrival 30% of the accountDe dossiers costs will not be pay backIf cancelling less than 30 days before arrival the direction will pay anything of the account. We advise you to take an insurance for cancelling.
