RENTAL CONDITIONS
The reservation (7nights minimum from jully to august) for Mobil homes has to be made by sending the contract dated and signed with a deposit of 30% of
the total amount of your stay and 16 booking fee not deductible not to be paid back. One contract must be established per stay. The booking is valid when you receive the booking confirmation from the campsite.
Every booking is personal and cant be sold or sublet to someone else, except after written agreement by
the campsite.
For Mobile homes:
- Booking from Saturday to Saturday from jully to august. For the rest of the season the booking can
be accepted for any period.
- The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the planned arrival date.
- Arrival after 4pm. And departure before 11am.
For pitches:
- The balance of the stay must be paid one day before departure.
- Arrival after midday and departure before midday.
The cost of the stay is calculated according to the booking dates written in the contract and no discount will
be given for early departure or late arrival.
DEPOSIT-COST
At your arrival, you will be asked:
A 20 deposit for the key giving access to the campsite. This deposit will not be returned in case of a loss.
A 100 deposit for rental accommodation.
This will be returned on departure after deduction of expenses caused by any possible degradation.
The sum of 50 will be retained if the accommodation has not been cleaned on the date of departure.
LATE ARRIVAL
In case of a late or postponed arrival, you have to inform us. 24 hours after the booked arrival date and
without any news from you, we will have pitches or Mobil homes at our disposal and the deposit will be
retained by the campsite.
CANCELLATION
All booking cancellations must be confirmed by registered letter.
- In the case of a cancellation more than 30 days before the arrival date: the full deposit will be
returned after deduction of the booking fee.
- In the case of a cancellation less than 31 days before the arrival date: the full amount of the stay
will be retained by the administration.
You can take cancellation insurance with the insurance company of your choice.
CAMPSITE RULES
Guests: must make themselves known to reception and are admitted under certain conditions, they are
under the responsibility of the camper and must pay the relevant price if staying over 2 hours on the site.
Silence: must be total from 11 pm to 8 am. Please avoid any noise pollutions in the day and at night such
as radios, banging car doors, at the risk of exclusion.
Vehicles: only vehicles belonging to residents are allowed on the site and drivers are asked to respect the
speed limit of 10km an hour. It is forbidden to drive vehicles on the campsite between 10.30pm to 7.30am.
Hygiene and safety: All residents are required to use the waste bins and the recycling bins for glass which
can found on the campsite.
Games: No noisy game is allowed on the campsite.
Children: Must be accompanied by an adult at all times whilst on common premises.
Animals: only little cats and dogs are allowed on the campsite (only one per accommodation) provided that
the vaccinations are up to date. They are to be kept on a leash. The owners are responsible for removing
any droppings.
INSURANCE
The campsite refuses any responsibility in case of theft, fire or bad weather damage. It is the responsibility
of the customer to take insurance. In case of dispute or litigation, the Commercial Court of Millau will be the
only competent authority on the matter.
