By booking a holiday you are agreeing to abide by all the general conditions.
1/ DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMODATIONS / CAMPING PITCHES
Our Mobil homes with 2 bedrooms are composed with a room with double bed and the second with two single beds. In the Mobil home 4/6 persons
there is a sofa bed in the living room. Our accommodations with 3 bedrooms have one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single
beds. All our accommodations are composed of a kitchen, bathroom (shower, sink) and WC. They are all equipped with an electric coffee machine,
fridge, microwave, dishes, garden chairs and table. Pillows and duvets are provided but not the linen. Our Mobil homes PREMIUM are equipped with
a TV and air conditioning. Our Mobil homes LUXE are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, a gas plancha and a dishwasher and also the linen and
towels. Depending on the type of accommodation, the number of occupants is limited to 2, 4, 6 or 8 people (including children and babies) more
one car. The extra tents are forbidden on the accomodation place.
Our camping pitches are all equipped with electricity (European terminal / 6 amperes). They are delimited and they have grass on the ground and
can be occupied by 6 persons maximum (included children and babies) more one car. In case the client comes with more people than the
authorized number, the contract would be null and void, and the amount paid would remain acquired at the campsite.
It is strictly forbidden to recharge your car at your pitch or accomodation. A penaty will be charged for each offence. Two charging stations are
available on the campsite.
2/ INTERNAL RULES
All customers must adhere to the campsite rules. Each named tenant is responsible for noise or disturbance caused by the people staying with him or
by people who may visit him. By violation of the campsite rules, client who provokes a disorder or is guilty of aggression, who gives false information
about accompanying persons of the stay, etc. the management reserves the right to evict the customers of the campsite without refund. It is up to
campers to ensure they have insurance: campers are responsible for looking after their personal belongings (shoes, bicycles etc.). The campsite
declines any responsibility in the case of theft, damages, fire, bad weather, etc. and in the event of incidents concerning tenant civil liability. The
campsite can't be held responsible in case of accident, injury, irregularities. You are on the campsite on your own risk.
3/ RESERVATION, DOWN PAYMENT AND FINAL PAYMENT
We apply dynamic pricing. The indicated rates are subject to change. The campsite reserves the right to modify the rates at any time. Stays will be
invoiced on the basis of the rates in force on the day of the reservation. We advise you to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite
directly. The offers and promotions are not retroactive and cannot be combined.
For any reservation, a down payment of 30% of the total amount are required + 27€ of application fees. You will receive a confirmation letter for every
booking. You will have to pay the remainder 30 days before your arrival. Credit card isn't accepted on site. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
No right to withdraw: in line with article L.221-28 of France's consumer code, we would like to inform its customers that the sale of accommodation
services provided on a specific date or according to a specific timeframe is not subject to the provisions pertaining to the 14-day cooling off period.
4/ OPENING HOURS / LATE ARRIVAL / EARLY DEPARTURE
Our Accommodations: In July and August, only for 7 nights to Saturday to Saturday or Sunday to Sunday. Arrival between 4:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
Departures between 8:00 am and 11:00 am. In low season, minimum 2 nights. Arrival between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Departures between 9:00 am and
11:00 am. For departures outside the opening times of the reception, the costs for cleaning will automatically be invoiced (95 €). Our camping
pitches: Arrival from 12:00 pm and departure until 12:00 pm. If you stay after 12:00 pm you pay one more night. If you didn't show up and we didn't
receive any notification by letter or email, the accommodation / pitch becomes available again and the payment is kept by the campsite. In case
of early departure, it has to be between 9:00 am and 11:00 am and 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm in July and August and between 9:00 am and 11:00 am and
2:00 pm and 5:30 pm in low season. In case of a late arrival or early departure, the amount of the period originally reserved stays due. No refund or
deduction will be made (except cancelation insurance guaranties).
5/ CANCELLATION
For any cancellation, the client has to inform the campsite as soon as possible. If the client has contracted a cancellation insurance at the booking,
he has to refer to the general conditions of the insurance company and contact them. If not, the amount paid will be kept by the campsite as
indemnities. Application fees and cancellation insurance fees are not refundable.
In the event that the campsite should cancel your reservation, the amount paid will be refunded but without indemnity.
The management of the campsite l'Air Marin declines all responsibility in the event of unfavourable weather conditions, technical or administrative
problems, causing the cancellation of services or entertainment. Under no circumstances will bad weather give rise to a reduction or reimbursement
in part or in full.
6/ CANCELLATION INSURANCE
An optional cancellation insurance (3,3% of the total amount of your stay) guarantees you the refund of your payment of any justified cancellation. If
the sinister is guaranteed in the general conditions (available at www.campez-couvert.com), the client has to inform the insurance company within
48h and to give all the justified documents and information:

In case of cancellation or reduction of the stay by a client who doesn't take the cancellation insurance, L'Air Marin will not be able to refund the
amount already paid.
7/ DEPOSITS
ACCOMODATIONS: At arrival you are asked a security deposit of 200€ for your accommodation. This deposit will be returned to you after inventory
and check out, minus a possible for repair costs and / or the replacement value of damaged or missing items. We keep 95€ of the deposit if the
accommodation is not as clean as it was when you arrived. If you don't want to do the cleaning yourself, please book our cleaning services for 95€ at
your arrival.
CAMPING PITCHES: at the arrival, you are asked a deposit of 10€/person for the bracelet. We keep your deposit if you lose your bracelet. This deposit
will be returned to you when you bring back the bracelet when you leave the camping. The deposit can be kept and debited in case of damages
on the campsite.
8/ INVENTORIES
On arrival, the tenant must check his accommodation and inform the reception of any lack or problem within 24 hours.
After departure, once the mobile home has been checked, the deposit will be returned by mail or destroyed (if the inventory is ok).
9/ BRACELET
For security reasons, it is compulsory to wear the bracelet during the entire stay. You will be charged 10€ in case of loss.
10/ VISITORS
Visitors are allowed on the campsite during the opening hours of the reception. They are under the responsibility of the clients who received and they
have to respect the internal rules of the campsite. They have to park their car outside and to be registered at the reception to obtain a bracelet and
to settle the visitors' fees, whatever the age. They have to leave an ID at the reception, it will be given back at the departure in exchange of the
bracelet. A visitor not registered will be charge on the client and will be able to be expulsed. 4 visitors max / pitch. Visitors not allowed in July and
August.
11/ ANIMALS
Only dogs (except those of 1st category) are accepted with the payment of a supplement. Only one dog per pitch/ accomodation. They are
forbidden in Luxe range and Coco sweet. Its vaccinations have to be up to date. They must be kept on a leash and can't be left alone in the
accommodation or on the pitch. They are not allowed on the pools area and inside the buildings. Pet owners must clean the droppings of their dogs.
Cats are forbidden.
12/ SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pools are free and reserved only for the clients of the campsite. Shorts and full bathing suits, T-shirts, or any other clothing are forbidden.
Our clients have to respect the rules posted at the entrance of the swimming pool. Pools are unsupervised. Parents, be careful! Access to children
without parental supervision is prohibited.
13/ PERSONNAL IMAGE RIGHTS
You give permission to L'Air Marin, to take photographs of you, to record you or to film you during your stay and to use the resulting images, sounds,
videos and recordings using any media (especially on L'Air Marin website and web pages, including Facebook and Instagram, information and
promotion media and on travel and tourism guides). This permission applies for you as well as for people staying with you. The sole purpose of this is to
promote and to provide information about L'Air Marin and may in no event damage your reputation. This permission is provided free of charge for all
countries and for a period of 5 years.
14/ PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA
The campsite SARL L'Air Marin undertakes to guarantee the integrity and reliability of the Data entrusted to it, in particular by taking all the physical,
organisational and logistical measures necessary to prevent any alteration or destruction of such Data, in particular by ensuring secure access only to
authorised persons to process them. Please find our privacy policy on our website.
In case of dispute and after contacting the « customer » service of the establishment by post recorded delivery, the client has the option to enter a
mediator of consumption, within a period of one year from the date of the written claim by recorded delivery to the operator. The client can directly
contact the mediator, the coordinates of the mediator are: SAS Médiation Solution : 222 chemin de la bergerie 01800 Saint Jean de Niost /
www.sasmediationsolution-conso.fr/ contact@sasmediationsolution-conso.fr. In case of dispute, the case could be presented to the court of
competent juridiction.
