ALLOCATION AND RETURN OF THE RENT
The rent will be attributed to you from Saturday 17 hours(5 pm) and must be restored on Saturdays before 10 am. In case of anticipated arrival , PLEASE contact us by telephone or email to well organize your arrival. Any rent is name specific and cannot be given or sold.
THE BALANCE
It must be paid one month before your arrival. Any delayed arrival or anticipated departure can't be paid off
THE PLEDGE
A 200-euro pledge will be asked on arrival for the rent of your chalet as well as a 50-€ pledge for the cleaning . They will be restored to you the day of your departure after the inventory of fixtures.
USE OF PLACES
The tenant will have to assure the peaceful character of the rent and make use of it according to the destination of places. He makes a commitment to restore the rent in perfect condition of cleanliness.
EVery expense of break-in or possible degradation would be deducted from the pledge.
INVENTORY
Any noticed anomaly must be indicated by the tenant within 24 hours following the arrival to be taken into account. After this deadline no complaint will be acceptable.
ANIMALS
Only the familiar animals (small dogs, cats) will be accepted on the condition of being indicated during the reservation. Dogs must be tattooed and inoculated against the fury. The vaccination certificate will be asked at the arrival.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION Any cancellation must be indicated by registered letter by specifying the reason. In the absence of any mail stipulating the cancellation or the delay, the rent becomes available 48 hours after the planned date of arrival.
Expenses retained: 30 % in case of cancellation arisen in more than 30 days of the arrival, 100 % of the rent for any cancellation arising unless 30 days of the arrival. Possibility of taking out an insurance policy at the time of the reservation.
REMINDER
The swimming pool is not watched by a swimming coach. So, the Chalets of the Musketeers relieve of any responsibility in the event of an accident which would arise within the framework of this activity.
