General terms and conditions
APPLICATION SCOPE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All reservations are nominative and may not, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet.
The present general terms and conditions automatically govern all sales of holidays made on the website www.campingisleverte.com, directly, by telephone or by post. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these general conditions before booking a holiday, for himself and any person participating in the holiday.
In accordance with the law in force, the present general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They can also be obtained on written request to the establishment's head office.
By reserving a pitch and/or accommodation on our campsite, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the GTC.
The price of the stay is indicated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
PROGRESS OF STAY
The pitches :
Arrivals are only possible from 2 pm, departures are possible between 7.30 am and 11 am every day of the week.
Any return of the pitch after 11.00 am will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of the stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.
The Loire à vélo rates include a pitch for a maximum of 2 people (including newborns) and a single tent, access to the bicycle shelter, access to the communal services, the swimming pool and the activities.
The Forfait rates include a pitch for a maximum of 6 people (including newborns), a single installation (tent, caravan with awning, camper van) with possibly an additional small tent, access for one vehicle only (except for the Family Hiking Package), access to the communal services, swimming pool and entertainment.
If, on arrival, we find that the maximum capacity of the pitch reserved has been exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access, without refunding the price of your stay.
Any extra charge on the pitch must be reported to reception on the day of arrival, or in advance by e-mail or telephone.
In case of late arrival, the pitch will be kept until the evening of the planned arrival date. After this time, the pitch will be at the disposal of the campsite. The deposit and the booking fee will be retained. In case of early departure, you will not be entitled to any refund.
The tenant accepts the pitch as it is (trees, plantations, vegetation...). He/she releases the campsite from responsibility in case of damage due to falling branches, bad weather, natural disasters, theft by break-in, broken glass... the pitch must be vacated and returned to its original state at the end of the stay.
PAYMENT: The balance is due 30 days before your arrival, according to the date indicated on the contract at the booking time.
The rentals :
Arrivals are from 4 pm, departures are between 8 am and 10 am, any day of the week.
Any return of a key after 10 am will result in the invoicing of an additional night. Any extension of the stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.
The rates include the rental for a maximum of the number of people indicated (including newborns), a complete inventory, access for one vehicle only, access to the common services, the swimming pool and the entertainment.
If we observe on arrival that the maximum capacity of the accommodation booked is exceeded, we reserve the right to refuse you access, without refund of the price of the stay on our part.
Any extra charges on the pitch must be notified to reception on the day of arrival, or in advance by email or telephone.
You are provided with a full set of equipment (see list), gas, heating (depending on the accommodation model), electricity, a blanket, a mattress protector, a pillow per bed and a pillow protector as well as a single use protection kit.
The installation of an additional tent, caravan or camper next to the accommodation is strictly forbidden. The installation of a trailer will be subject to authorisation by the management.
Any dissatisfaction concerning the state of cleanliness and/or the general state of the accommodation must be notified in writing no later than 24 hours after arrival, in order to allow for any necessary corrections. No complaint will be accepted 24 hours after the day of arrival.
In the event of a delay that is not notified, the rental will be automatically cancelled on the evening of the planned arrival date, unless the client indicates otherwise within this period. The sums paid and the booking fees will be retained. In the event of early departure, you will not be entitled to any refund..
A deposit of 200 euros per accommodation (300 euros with pet) will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after an inventory of fixtures. The cost of any damage will be added to the price of the stay, as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state (Cleaning fee: 70.00 euros if the accommodation is not cleaned properly). If you are unable to be present during the inventory of fixtures, the deposit will be returned to you by post.
The dishes and the management of your waste are excluded from the end-of-stay cleaning package and are therefore at your expense.

BOOKING
For all reservations, a booking fee will be charged (15.00 € for accommodation, 10.00 € for a pitch or bivouac tent). Bookings, all categories of stay included, will only be confirmed on receipt of the signed rental contract and the corresponding deposit, and will only become definitive on receipt of the balance. The deposit includes 25% of the basic amount of the stay and the additional services, plus the reservation fees and the cancellation insurance (optional). The preferences formulated at the time of the reservations will be satisfied insofar as availability allows, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.
Any extension of the stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date. In the event of early departure, no refund will be made for any stay for which a reservation has been made. The campsite reserves the right to re-let at the first request.
Late arrivals should be notified as early as possible between the day of booking and the day before arrival, so that the campsite can make arrangements. If you wish to arrive in the morning, you will have to book the night before.
The reservation contract will be automatically terminated in the event of the following:
In the event of repeated non-compliance, which means that you and/or the persons accompanying you are again required to comply with our internal regulations after a formal notice has been sent to you by e-mail.
In this case, you will have to leave your accommodation or pitch within 2 hours following the cancellation of your contract, which will be notified to you by e-mail. No refunds will be made by us.
GROUPS
A group is considered to be a group of at least 24 people with one reservation under the same name.
Reservations, changes, cancellations and the organisation of pitches and rentals are carried out in the same way as for individuals.
Except for the following elements:
For pitches, the balance is due 30 days before arrival, according to the date indicated on the contract at the time of booking.
For rentals, the balance is due 60 days before arrival, depending on the date indicated on the contract at the time of booking.
The booking fee is capped at €10.00 per accommodation or pitch - not applicable on weekends, bank holidays and long stays.
TRANSIENT CUSTOMERS
If you are staying on a pitch without a booking, you must pay for at least the first night on arrival. You are also responsible for informing reception of the desired or extended length of stay. The balance must be paid at the latest on the day before departure, taking into account the opening hours of the reception.
No refunds will be made for early departure.
MODIFICATION
Any changes must be notified by email or post. Your stay can only be changed once.
Requested modifications will be accepted according to availability and will give rise, for each intervention, to the application of fixed costs (15.00 € for accommodation, 10.00 € for a pitch or bivouac tent).
WITHDRAWAL
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code). In this way, for any order for a stay at the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
CANCELLATION
Any cancellation must be notified to us by any written means e-mail or post.
In the event of cancellation before arrival, interruption of stay or postponed arrival and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted.
In order to obtain compensation, we advise you to take out cancellation insurance at the time of booking.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE (optional)
We advise you to subscribe the cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee to be refunded of the amounts paid in case of a cancellation of your stay or an early departure under conditions (illness, crash, Covid 19… cf. cancellation insurance notice attached).
The insurance premium is about 2,7% of the global amount of the stay excluding booking fees, tourist taxes and eco taxes, payable at the booking (for rentals and pitches).
INSURANCE
The management company of the campsite declines under liability any damage suffered by campers. They have the duty to subscribe an insurance for their caravan, tent, and equipment, guaranteeing them in terms of civil liability.
DIVERSE
Any camper must respect the rules and regulations inside the campsite (sent on request). Only swimming trunks and boxer shorts are allowed to access the swimming pool, long shorts are forbidden.
Customers are asked to avoid any noise or discussion that might disturb their neighbours, and sound equipment should be adjusted accordingly. To ensure the peace and quiet of the customers, there must be complete silence from 10.30 pm.
Entrance gate : Access between 7:30 am to 10:30 pm. Traffic is not allowed outside this time. A deposit of 20€ for the pass will be request at the check-in for the pitches.
ANIMALS
Pets are accepted on the camp and must be tattooed and have an up-to-date vaccination record. Dogs must be kept on a leash, away from public spaces (toilet blocks, children's play areas...). Any animal that is free will automatically be driven to the pound. 1st and 2nd category dogs are strictly prohibited. Animal access to pitches is limited to certain types. Animals must not be left on the campsite or locked up in the absence of their owners, who are civilly responsible for them.
PRICE : Minimum 7 nights per stay for rentals during high season is required. Prices do not include tourist taxes and eco taxes. There is an invoice for any payment. Any complaint must be made during your stay, not after. The rates have been established based on the economic indices in force at the time of their printing and may be revised according to the regulatory evolution of these (VAT and tourist taxes for instance).
APPLICABLE RIGHT
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court of Angers.
