GENERAL
Reservation :
The reservation will only be confirmed on receipt of the signed contract with booking fees for a camping stay, or down payment for lodging.
Any reservation is personal and, in any case, cannot be lent or sub-leased. During the booking, you have to specify the name and the birthday of every person who will occupy the site. If the reservation is accepted, it will be the same for all the people registered on the contract who could not be replaced by a third party (except prior written agreement of the campsite). The non-observance of this clause can result in the cancellation of the contract of reservation.
We remind to you that a pitch/lodging is designed for a given number of occupants and could not be inhabited by a higher number of people in any case. The manager will refuse any person beyond the capacity envisaged.
Children, even in low age, are regarded as entire persons.
Pitches/lodgings are affected in a random way, according to the information indicated on the contract.
If you indicate at the time of your booking a wish (pitch, exposure…), we will make our possible to satisfy you within the limit of our availabilities, but this additional service does not constitute a contractual guarantee. The non execution of a wish could not be, in any case, a reason for cancellation or pretext to any requires.
Underadge could stay on the condition of being accompanied by a major person, providing a parental authorization and a photocopy of the identity card of his/her legal person in charge.
Any customer is held to know the campsite rules and procedure and to conform to these.
Arrival / Departure :
Any prolongation of stay will only be possible with a prior agreement and will be on the usual tariff basis. For all modifications of the dates of stay, it could not be guaranteed the same pitch/lodging.
Pitch/lodging reservation will be maintained during 24h. At the end of this period, the reservation will be cancelled. Please inform us if your arrival were to be delayed. No reduction will be authorized in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Arrivals and departures must happen within the Reception desk opening hours. In the case of an arrival or departure apart from these hours, it is up to the client to get informed about these and to warn the campsite's person in charge.
Deposit :
For any stay, a guarantee of 290€ for the accomodation and the cleaning of it must be deposited at the Reception desk at your arrival. This guarantee will be done ideally by card printing (VISA or EUROCARD/MASTERCARD)
This guarantee will be given back to you, or the print will be erased in the case of a card guarantee, at the restitution of the access badge at the end of the stay.
Cooling-off period :
In accordance with article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code, none of the services and provisions proposed on this website are subject to the cooling-off period stipulated in articles L.121-20 and following of the French Consumer Code.
Consequently, the accommodation and leisure services ordered on the website are exclusively subject to the cancellation conditions below.
Cancellation :
In the event of cancellation of a reservation, the administration fees will remain with the campsite. The possible reimbursement of the sums paid will depend on whether cancellation insurance was taken out when booking and its conditions.
If the cancellation guarantee has not been taken out, the sums paid will remain forfeited.

Insurance :
The customers are held to subscribe to an insurance with civil responsibility.
In the event of loss, steal, degradation of personal effects or damage which have occurred following a case of major force (storm, flood, fall of tree…), the Airial campsite responsibility cannot be committed. We advise you to contact your insurance company in order to obtain if necessary an extension of your personal guarantees.
Image right :
During your stay, you are likely going to be photographied or filmed on our site. We can possibly use these photographs or these films with commercial goal or advertising except if you declare in writing your opposition to this practice to the Reception at your arrival.
CAMPING - CARAVANING
Pitch :
Our pitches are designed for tent or caravan, a vehicle and 6 persons to the maximum per pitch. The client accepts the pitch as it is provided.
Prices :
Prices do not include the local tourist tax which will have to be paid in addition.
Booking fees :
There are booking fees for every reservation. These fees are not deductible from the bill, nor refundable in the case of a cancellation.
Bookings :
Bookings are accepted for a minimum stay of one week during the campsite period of opening.
Payment of the stay :
The payment of the stay will have to be settled for the whole of the reserved period, at the latest, 1 month before the arrival. Every delayed arrival or brought forward departure will be borne by the campers.
Arrival / Departure :
The reserved site will be available from 2:00 p.m. the appointed day of arrival
The pitch will have to be cleared before 12:00 a.m. the day of the departure. In the case of a departure after 12:00, you will be charged an additional day.
Animals :
Maximum 2 pets per pitch are allowed on the pitch in condition of being declared at the time of your arrival, of respecting the peace and quiet, the security of the campers, the basic rules of hygiene and the fittings. Dogs are to be always kept on a leash and taken outside of the campsite for nature's needs.
The vaccinations have to be up to date and the papers have to be presented at the arrival : rabies vaccination is compulsory.
No pets allowed in the accomodations.
Any offence will result in the eviction of the owner.
Cancellation :
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the registration fees are non-refundable.
LODGINGS
Lodging :
The maximum number of occupant is defined according to the type of lodging. The client accepts the lodging and its site as it is provided.
Prices :
The prices are valid whatever the number of persons there are (1 to 7 persons according the type of lodging). Those prices include water and electricity consumption and access to the campsite services but they do not include the local tourist tax which will have to be paid in addition.
During the season and the high season, we only provide weekly hiring from Saturday.
Arrival / Departure :
You can check in from 4:00 p.m the arrival day.
The departure day, you must and give back the rental lodging in the initial state of cleanliness, and check out before 10 AM, by returning the keys in reception.
Deposit :
In addition to the guarantee for the vehicle access badge, other guarantees must be deposited at the Reception desk at your arrival. The amount of these guarantees is fixed at 200€ by rental lodging and 90€ for the possible cleaning fees at the end of the hiring.
These guarantees will be given back to you at your departure time after control of the hiring and its equipments, deduction made of the possible cleaning fees, missing or deteriorated equipment value or repairing fees. The client is held to proceed in an inventory of fixtures and to point out any anomaly in the 24 hours following his arrival.
Cleaning fees :
Final cleaning is up to you. The lodging, its accessories, the crockery and the pitch must be left totaly cleaned the departure day. In the contrary, and after the inventory of fixtures, you will be charged cleaning fees according to usual rate.
Animals :
Animals aren't allowed in the hirings, even staying outside the lodging.
Any offence will result in the eviction of the owner.
Cancellation :
In case of cancellation 60 days before the beginning of the stay, the down payment previously paid will be keeped by the campsite.
