Camping Domaine de Gajan Terms and Conditions of Sale
Preamble : This translation of our terms and conditions terms is proposed in ordee to facilitate understanding of the document but has no legal value.
Our Services
Bare pitch
This consists of a bare pitch for your tent, caravan or campervan.
Your stay shall be calculated based on a set amount that includes the pitch, the person(s) expected according to the offer selected, your installation, your vehicle and access to the infrastructures with regard to reception, activities and sanitary facilities. The additional costs (additional person, vehicle, pets, etc.) are not included in the package and will be added to the latter as well as a local tourist tax and eco- participation for all persons above 13 years.
The arrival time for the pitch is between 2 pm and 7 pm. On day of departure, campers must leave their pitch before 12 pm. According to availability a prolongation of your stay can be arranged at the campsite. The total amount of persons allowed on the pitch is limited to six.
Your wishes for a precise pitch at the campsite can be met according to our availability at the time of your arrival.

Comfort: Nature offer + electricity
Hicker Package: 1 person on foot or by bike with 1 tent, without electricity
Rented Accommodation
All rental accommodation is nominative and can only be ceded with a written agreement of the campsite.
Our prices include the persons (according to the capacity of the accommodation, it's prohibited to have more persons than the capacity and if the reception see more persons than the number, the extra person will have to leave or to take another accommodation if it's possible), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to the infrastructures in terms of reception and activities.
Your accommodation must be put back in order and clean at the time of your departure. It's prohibited to smoke in the rental accommodation.
Your wishes for a precise accommodation at the campsite can be met according to our availability at the time of your arrival.
Delivery keys
The handover of the keys of your accommodation is in the afternoon between 3 pm and 7 pm at the latest.
Inventory of equipment
The day of your departure the inventory of equipment will checked by a scheduled appointment between 8 am and 10 am in high season and with an appointment in low season.
If the inventory of the accommodation can't be carried out due to an early departure or a departure outside the hours noted above the deposit will be cancelled after the inventory is checked by the campsite.
The departure has to be before 10am, directly after the inventory. The access to the infrastructures is prohibited after your departure.
Related Activities
All the activities mentioned in this document, whether free or for a fee, may be in certain circumstances independent of our will modified or cancelled when you arrive at the campsite. In this case, we cannot be held responsible for such an occurrence.
The services and infrastructures
All the services, free, with a fee or include (Hot and cold water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, Swimming pool, waterslides, gates, fridge, restaurant, … partial list), who will be out of order, independent of our will and this regardless of the duration, cannot assumed responsibility and as such any compensation or reimbursement will be made.
Extra charges
Whatever the package selected, additional costs will be invoiced for additional vehicles, additional tents, pets or visitors.
Our prices, exclusive of tax, do not include the local tourist tax and the eco-participation. These taxes shall be invoiced along with your accommodation. It is to be paid on the same due dates. It cannot be modified or refunded on your arrival at the campsite. And for other charges, they are to be paid along with the balance of your stay (30 days before your arrival at the campsite).
The prices are indicated in euros inclusive of VAT at the rate in effect at the time of the order. Any change in the applicable rate may be reflected in the price of the products or services after the date of entry into force of the new rate, which the customer agrees and accepts.
Payment for the Stay
Prices
The rates are guaranteed until 30 November 2016. The site reserves the right to change rates at any time beyond that date. The stays will be charged based on the rates in effect at the date of booking and subject to availability. It is advisable to check the applicable rate by contacting the campsite.
Modes of payment accepted
As a deposit or balance, you can pay for your booking or your stay using the following payment methods:
By French bank cheque or postal cheque, French holiday cheque, postal order or cash order, bank card, bank transfer or cash.
On the campsite, payments by cheque are not accepted.
Terms of Payment
All requests for a firm booking from the buyer must be indicated in writing and be provided with the following:
•The booking contract duly fulfilled and signed
•Payment of a deposit including 30% of the costs of the stay
•The booking fees
•And the payment for cancellation insurance (when subscribed)
This booking is only of contractual value when the buyer has received a booking confirmation issued by the campsite.
The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the stay begins at the latest. In the case where the balance has not been paid on the deadlines indicated, the booking shall be considered as cancelled, and the cancellation terms indicated below shall apply.
Last minute booking
Any booking made within a period of 30 days before the date of departure must be paid in full, using a bank card only.
Late arrival or early departure
In case of a late arrival or early departure, with respect to the dates mentioned on your booking voucher, the total amount of the stay shall remain due including all ordered supplements. Whatever the reason may be you shall not be entitled to claim any refund for the part of the stay not actually used.
No arrival at the campsite
In the case where no one comes to the campsite within a period of 22 hours from the beginning of your stay, and without any proof and/or news of your arrival, we shall be able to reallocate your accommodation or your pitch. We shall keep the fees as per our cancellation terms.
Cancellation
Due to the purchaser:
All cancellations must be notified by registered mail or by email, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter:
The camping Domaine de Gajan offers an optional Cancellation & Interruption in your lease. Our Affinity Gritchen partner agrees to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who purchased the insurance Covered Camp within the limits of the insurer cgv.
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your cancellation upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the loss is provided in the general conditions of the insurer (available www.campez-couvert.com site or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documentation. Any changes that can lead to change in the amount of the fee must be reported. In case of misrepresentation of the policyholder, the contract will be automatically terminated and the entire stay will be retained or due to the landlord. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival, the balance remains due to the campsite. If the entire stay has been set, it will be kept by the campsite.

Due to the campsite:
In case of cancellation due to the campsite except in cases of force majeure, the stay will be reimbursed. This cancellation shall nevertheless not incur the payment of damages.
Deposit
For rented accommodation, a deposit of 500 euros is required on arrival (by check or credit card, cash or French holidays checks), no keys will be given without the deposit. In this case the client cannot access its location or infrastructure of the campsite. If he cannot provide the deposit, he must leave the premises without compensation or reimbursement of travel and camping will have the rent at his convenience. The security deposit will be returned at end of stay if you are present in the inventory. In case of departure outside of reception hours the deposit will be destroyed by the campsite except for damaged, missing or not done or done wrong household. For cash deposits or holiday checks the inventory will be made mandatory during the opening hours of the reception.
The campsite reserves the right to keep the deposit in case of deterioration of the accommodation and its contents or any material on the site. An inventory of equipment for rental is given to the customer upon arrival (with the unit price per item), it's to the client to report within 2 hours after arrival, any missing or any damage that could have found or unsatisfactory cleaning (the client should not repeat the household he would have deemed unsatisfactory but report it to the reception, the campsite will arrange to take this household) in any event the customer cannot claim leave a mobile home dirty his departure.
The campsite reserves the right to deduct the amount from 60 € or 80 € depending on the rental model, if it determines that cleaning was not performed or deemed invalid upon departure.
The campsite also reserves the right to deduct the amount of 20 euros for non-defrost the refrigerator (the refrigerator and / or freezer must be defrosted and off before your departure). If degradation of a material within a location or within the camp, the deposit will be retained by the campsite, a repair or replacement estimate will be made by the campsite, expert fees necessary and / or the repair or replacement costs will be borne by the customer.
No withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.121-19 of the Consumer Code, Le Domaine Gajan camping informs his customers that the selling hosting services provided on a specific date or at specified intervals, is not subject to the provisions of 14 days cancellation period.
Minors
Minors not accompanied by their parents are not accepted at the campsite.
Liability and insurance
It is the camper to ensure: the camper is responsible for monitoring his personal items (bicycles, etc.). The campsite declines any responsibility in case of any incident concerning the civil responsibility of the camper. All clients must comply with the rules of procedure. Each tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisance caused by persons or animals staying with him or visiting him. The customer must purchase liability insurance resorts.
Visitors
All visitors must be reported to the reception during opening hours and will have to pay the fee in force. Undeclared visitor will be expelled from the campsite without discussion. Visitors do not have access to the pool area.
Playground and pool area
The children are under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. These safety instructions are displayed at the entrance to the pool and waterslides. These instructions must be observed. The management accepts no responsibility in case of accident.
Pets
Dogs and cats, except for dogs of category 1 and 2, are admitted to the campsite.
We require dogs to be kept on a lead within the campsite. Please comply with the rules for hygiene and the environment at the campsite. The health certificate must be presented at the time of your arrival at the campsite. Anti-rabies booster vaccinations and tattoo certificates are compulsory. They must not be left alone on the campsite, even inside your accommodation or at your pitch. A cleaning or disinfection fee may be charged if the accommodation is not kept in a perfect state of cleanliness.
Camping Rules
The complete rules are posted at the campsite entrance and reception. Every camper or tenant acknowledges the rules and agree to comply.
Expulsion from the site
In case of non-compliance with a single clause of the rules or terms and conditions in case of verbal or physical aggression towards management or an employee of a subcontractor camping, or another client, in case of declaration of one occupant or visitor or in case of false declaration, the client and the persons accompanying him, will be evicted without notice campsite, immediately and without discussion. Any compensation or reimbursement of stay or relocation will know whether made from or at a subsequent claim.
Claims
Any possible claim with respect to a stay must be specified in writing and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within 15 days following your stay. In case of dispute and after entering the service customer of the institution, any customer Camping at the option of entering a mediator of consumption, within a period of one year from the date of the written claim by recorded delivery, to the operator.

Image rights
You authorize the campsite to use on any support, photos or videos of you or your children or every person whom you inform in advance who might be accompanying you (registered on the contract or visitors) who could be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of the campsite. Please notify us in writing (countersigned by the management) if you do not wish to appear on these communication supports.
Data processing and freedom
The information you give us when placing your order will not be passed on to any third party. This information is considered confidential. They will be used by our internal services, can also be communicated to our partners, for the processing of your order and to reinforce and personalize the communication and the offer of services to the customers in your centers of interests. In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have access to a right of access, rectification and opposition to your personal data. For the professionals:
in case of delay in payment, will be due, according to the article L 441-6 of the commercial law, a compensation will be calculated on the basis of three times the current legal interest rate as well as one fixed compensation for 40-€ collection charges.
