“Camping village du port”
1- The “village du port” campsite is open from Easter to All Saints.
Our traditional lodgings and 10 people are commendable in all periods (heating included), the rental type lodges, tents … are open for rental from May to the end of September, the pitches throughout the period
2- In high season, accommodation is rented either from Saturday 4 p.m. to the following Saturday 10 a.m.
Either from Saturday to Wednesday or 11 nights - or from Wednesday to Saturday or 10 nights
The cottage among friends for 10 people is rented from Sunday to Sunday in July August.
Out of season, the duration of the rental may be shorter. (Consult us)
3- Payment: rental: 25% upon booking - 75%: 30 days before arrival
For a reservation less than 30 days, the entire rental will be requested.
Pitches: 25% on booking, balance on arrival
Upon arrival, customers report to reception. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. for rentals, 2 p.m. for pitches
A deposit is requested from tenants on arrival. This deposit will be returned to the customer on the day of departure after complete verification (INVENTORY AND CLEANLINESS) of the rental. If the tenant must leave outside opening hours, the rental will be checked the next day and the deposit sent back by post.
4 - The rentals contain equipment (see inventory) with the exception of household linen and sheets, baby equipment, which the tenant must bring or rent on site. (To be noted on the reservation contract).
The rental equipment is the subject of an inventory registered in the accommodation. The tenant will have to check it on his arrival, he will be required to pay for the missing items on his next departure at the price indicated on the inventory.
5- The maintenance of the rental during the stay is the responsibility of the tenant. It is reminded that the rental must be returned on the day of departure between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m. in a perfect state of cleanliness, the refrigerator must be defrosted and cleaned the day before, failing which the deposit (amount of the cleaning fee) will be retained for cleaning if the cleaning is not perfect. A paid cleaning service can be provided to the customer if he requests it at the price indicated.
On the day of departure, the pitch must be vacated by 12 noon at the latest.
6- Each tenant must respect the internal regulations.
7- Our animal friends accepted under conditions. (Agreement with the camping village du port in advance)
8- The tourist tax levied by the community of municipalities is in addition to the current rate, i.e.: 1.20 € /pers./night (0.86 € local taxe +0.34 € écotaxe) for all pers. over 18 years old
9- The rental only becomes effective after our confirmation and receipt of the sum indicated in the price list accompanied by the reservation contract.
10- No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure during the summer period.
11- All rentals are nominative and cannot under any circumstances be sub-let or transferred.
12- Cancellation: cancellation insurance EXTENSION COVID PANDEMIC
You can take out cancellation insurance at the price of 3.2% of the amount of the stay (excluding tourist tax). It is optional but must be taken out at the same time as the reservation if you so choose. Any complaint will be made with the Gritchen company, any customer who has not taken out this insurance will be refused reimbursement for any reason.
In case of cancellation we will ask you to communicate the information, to the company and simultaneously to the village of the port by LAR.
These general conditions are subject to french law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the tribunal de commerce de cahors
