BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
It is strictly forbidden to plug your hybrid or electric car into a socket that is not adapted to this specific use all over the campsite
Camping spot :
The reception is open : low season 8.30a.m to 12.30a.m and to 14.00p.m to 7h p.m
high season 8.30a.m to 13.00p.m and to 14.00p.m to 7h30p.m
The contract is strictly personal and the person making the booking will not be allowed to sublet or transfer the reservation to a third party, this may result a cancellation of the contract. The party leader must respect the campsite rules and regulations. A deposit of 50€ + 5€ booking fees (only July and August) with the signed contract confirmed the reservation.
Cancellation : + 60 days before arrival, the deposit will be returned to you, between 30 and 1st days the campsite will keep the deposit.
Rental accommodation :
The contract is strictly personal and the person making the booking will not allowed to sublet or transfer the reservation to a third party, this may result a cancellation of the contract. The party leader must respect the campsite rules and regulations. No refund will be made for an earlier departure.
-Animal : Only domestic animals kept on a lead are accepted with a daily charge.
- Booking: The rent becomes effective after reception of the contract dated and signed, accompanied with a deposit(advance) of 30 % of the rent + 10€ of set-up fees not deductible and not refundable. The balance is to settle (adjust) 30 days before your arrival. the tourist tax the arrival day.
A deposit of 200€ by credit card only will have to be deposited at your arrival at the delivery of the keys. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out at the departure, the deposit will be cancelled only after the passage of our cleaning team for the setting up of the mobile home. The deposit will be returned or cancelled 48h after leaving and only after our cleaning team has come to put the mobile home back in place, provided that there has been no damage and the cleaning has been done.A 70€ lump sum will be held (retained) if the household(housework) is not made or not considered correct. For any departure made except the opening hours of the office(desk) the deposit will be sent back(dismissed) by mail.
Arrival /Departure : Arrival between from 4 p.m and 7 p.m
Departure at the latest 10 hours .
The rents are made from fixed day, only in July and August. Free choice outside this period.
-Cancellation: + 30 days before the date of arrival, the total sum of your part payment will be withheld.
between the 30th and the 1st day, the total sum of your stay will have to be paid.
-We propose an insurance cancellation.
- The swimming pool is strictly reserved for the residents of the campsite. Swim-shorts or bermuda shorts are strictly forbidden.
-Electric barbecues are forbidden.
-Every visitor will necessarily have to appear at the reception.
Any possible complaint following a stay must be made in writing and sent by
registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 20 days of your stay.
In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is delegated to the court of Morlaix or Brest

médiateur de la consommation en vue de la résolution amiable d'un litige qui l'opposerait à l'exploitant du terrain.
