GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Reservation of a chalet or mobile home is effective only after written confirmation and payment of a deposit equal
to 30% of the amount of the stay. Upon receipt, you will receive a rental confirmation. The balance of the amount
will be paid 30 days before arrival, 70% of the total. The rental price includes consumption of water, electricity
and gas. You can pay by check, credit card, holiday voucher, or cash.
Cancellation:
Campsite Le Clos Du Blavet offers Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental agreement. Our partner
Gritchen Affinity agrees to refund all or part of the stay to our holiday-makers.
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite by mail or email of your withdrawal as soon as an event preventing
your departure occur. If the claim is provided in the general conditions (available on the website www.campezcouvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information
and supporting documents.
Reservations are from Saturday 4 pm to Saturday 11 am. An inventory will be made in your presence the day of
your arrival and the day of your departure. The tenant will have to report within 2 hours of taking rental,
incomplete inventories, as well as claims or damage not listed during the inventory.
Cleaning of the chalet is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, the chalet must be restored in
perfect state of cleanliness inside and in the immediate surroundings. If it is not clean, a €60 cleaning fee will be
charged. In case of deterioration or lack of utensils, they will be replaced at the expense of the tenant. The tenant
must be insured in civil liability.
In guarantee of the return in good condition of the premises, a deposit will be required upon your arrival at the
campsite (€250 by check or credit card not cashed) and will be returned to you on your departure. Tenants are
required to respect the rules of the campsite.
* Any installation of a small ridge tent near the rental will be subject to authorization from the manager of the
campsite. However, installation of larger equipment will be billed in its own right.
* Presence of only one vehicle is allowed.
* Pets are allowed in the rental in the following conditions:
- Dangerous classified dogs 1st and 2nd category are not allowed.
- It must be held on a leash, vaccinated with presentation of the health record of the animal.
- Cat is accepted to the extent that it is clean, vaccinated and with presentation of the health record of the animal.
- All other animals are not accepted «Rodents, Birds, Batrachians, Reptiles, Arachnids, Etc.
- The animal must not be source of any risk of damage. Owners must ensure that it does not cause any damage in
the field, other locations, or in the rental.
- In all cases, it must be kept on a leash in the field, and business done outside the campsite.
* Renters may be visited by family or friends during their stay. In this case, guests are subject to the visitor
rate, which entitles them to all the camping equipment. This applies especially during periods of pool opening.
* Warning! In any case, the tenant cannot take up principal residence at the address of the campsite Clos du
Blavet.
The tenant declares to have read and accepts without any reserve the engagements of the contract, the general
rental conditions and extracts of the internal rules.
For this rental to be permanently registered, the Tenant must return to the Lessor a copy of this contract, duly
dated and signed, accompanied by the payment of a deposit representing 30% of the total amount of the stay.
The tenant agrees to pay the balance of his stay 30 days before his arrival at the campsite. In case of cancellation
before the date of arrival, the deposit paid will be retained by the Owner. Similarly, in case of early departure, no
refund will be made. The tenant has the option of taking out cancellation insurance with the organization of his
choice.
The campsite offers a Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity

In case of dispute, only the court of Lorient will be competent.
In accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data and best practices in this area, the
information you have agreed to provide us with your order is necessary for the treatment of the latter.
They are kept by the camping Le clos du blavet and are in no way transmitted to a third party.
This information is considered confidential. They are accessible and used only by our customer service, for the
processing of your order, send information and offers, to strengthen and customize communication and services
reserved to customers according to your centres of interests. They are kept for a maximum of 3 years
In accordance with the regulations in force, you can exercise the following rights:

of the contract.
