General rental conditions
YOUR RESERVATION
Formalities: The location rental is nominative and can not be assigned or subleased. The person making the reservation must be of legal age, legally able to contract the rental in accordance with these conditions and to guarantee the accuracy and veracity of the information provided.
The reservation is effective only after the contract has been completed, signed, preceded by the words read and approved, accompanied by the regulations the deposit and the fees, and ONLY after receiving our written confirmation. The conditions gen ral rental are expressly accepted.
Promotions: Promotions are applicable to the booking. They can not give rise to any claim or reimbursement a posteriori.
Participants in the room: The number of tenants must precisely meet the residential building rental (es mentioned on the contract) and back to the reception, at the latest on the day of arrival, the full list of participants.
Deposit and booking fees: The deposit is 30% of the amount of the stay.
Booking fees and location : 5 €.
Payment locations: The balance must be paid on the day of arrival after re- calculation of the actual stay. In the case of a subscription to the cancellation insurance, the balance must be paid 30 days before the day of arrival.
Unused services : Any unused service (barbecue, baby kit ...) but booked and paid can not be refunded.
YOUR STAY
Arrival
- For pitches, arrivals are from 14h and until 19h00 . The locations are allocated according to arrivals and equipment . No specific location is reserved.
In case of delay, the tenant must obligatorily notify the campsite (see phone number on your contract).
In case of no show without any information from you, the location and / or rental will be allocated to another customer from 20h .
DURING YOUR STAY
Liability insurance: Liability insurance is mandatory. It is up to the customer to make sure for the degradations that it could cause in the camping or the rental and for its effects, suitcases, values, vehicles. The campsite declines all responsibility
in the event of theft, fire, bad weather or other incident of civil liability of the customer.
Compliance with the rules: The contract implies compliance with the rules of the campsite posted at the reception and to comply with the provisions and regulations in force under penalty of expulsion without refund. We can not be held responsible for fortuitous events of force majeure, climatic disasters or nuisances that would disturb, interrupt or prevent the stay.
In case of problem in a mobile home, you must make a complaint on the spot with the manager.
Supplements: Whether or rental location, additional fees may be charged s (additional person, vehicle ...) when they have been authorized (see our rates). Visitors are forbidden.
Minors: Minors unaccompanied by their parents or guardians will not be accepted in the campsite. A flaw, a major accompanying is mandatory.
Animals: The agreement of the camping is necessary for the stay of all the animals. The management reserves the right not to accept a stay if it has not been notified beforehand and if it has not given its agreement. Health notebooks and tattoos are obbligato ries and must be submitted to the campsite on arrival. 1st and 2nd category dogs are not allowed in the campsite.
Animals are forbidden in the enclosure of aquatic spaces.
Barbecues: Only gas barbecues are allowed .
DEPARTURE
- The starts in locations are before 12h. The location must be left clean.
To extend the stay beyond the agreed departure date, it is necessary to obtain the agreement of the reception the day before departure.
CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF STAY
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made 60 days before your arrival by WRITTEN (registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and postmark). Telephone messages and emails are not taken into account.
More than 60 days before the start date of the stay, the amount of the deposit will be refunded. The files are kept at the campsite.
After this period, no refund will be made . In case of cancellation by the fault of the campsite (except in case of force majeure), the amount of the deposit will be fully refunded (excluding administrative fees) without limit of amount.
Delay or early departure: No refund or discount will be granted in case of early departure or e arrived late, whatever the reason , and even if we have been warned.
Changes to your stay: Changes to your booking may be made (Or modification of stay which requires the agreement of management), charges will be applied under re serve availability and at the latest 30 days prior to arrival. These changes must be reported by mail to the campsite . ( e-mails and phone calls can not be taken into account)
VARIOUS
Complaints: Any possible claim must be made within 30 days of your stay, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
VAT: Current VAT changes will result in price changes TTC of the stay.
Photos and rights to the image: The photos of the brochures are not contractual.
You expressly authorize and without compensation the campsite to use on any support the photos of you or your children who could be taken to c bear staying for purposes ublicitaire p s.
