TERMS & CONDITIONS
For pitches:
Reserving a pitch: arrival from 2 p.m. and departure before 11 a.m.
Any minor must, throughout their entire stay, be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The entire stay will be paid 15 days before arrival, in accordance with the reservation dates. A shortened stay does not give rise to any refund.
The tent, caravan or camper van, as well as the related equipment must be installed at the location indicated, in accordance with the instructions given by the manager or his representative. All equipment or materials must comply with the regulations in force and be used in accordance with the operating procedures in order to avoid any exposure to possible risks. Any equipment or material required to be used or kept within the campsite must be covered by an appropriate and valid insurance policy.
*It is strictly forbidden to recharge any electric vehicles on the pitches
*Animals are prohibited (unless prior agreement)
*Traffic is limited to 10 km/h and is prohibited between 10:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. (the access barrier is closed between these times). The use of sound devices must not be heard beyond the perimeter of each location. From 11 p.m., it is obligatory that everyone respects their neighbors' right to rest.
For rentals:
arrival from 4 p.m. and departure before 10 a.m.
Based on your information, a rental contract will be sent to you. This must be signed by you, then returned within 10 days, accompanied by a 25% deposit and a certificate of insurance bearing the mention of resort (to be requested from your insurer).
Optional cancellation insurance can be purchased. A shortened stay does not give rise to any refund. All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their entire stay.
Payment Terms:
The reservation is only effective after payment of a 25% deposit (excluding tourist tax).
The balance, i.e. 75% of the rental amount, must be paid 1 month before arrival.
In case of cancellation:
See the terms and conditions of application of optional cancellation insurance if it has been taken out.
Rental conditions:
* Rental is made on the day of arrival from 2 p.m. and on the day of departure until 11 a.m.
Upon arrival, the LESSEE presents himself at the reception desk with his rental contract. The tourist tax is to be paid and the keys are handed over to him.
* A quantified inventory is displayed in each rental. The LESSEE is required to check this on arrival, and to report any shortages or anomalies on the same day.
* Two deposits are required on arrival (by credit card or cheque). The first in the amount of €500 to cover any deterioration or shortages; the second for an amount of 80 € guaranteeing cleaning at the end of the stay (100 € for the 3 bedroom model). These two deposits will be returned after the stay (if by cheque, by post, within 10 days), after deduction of any deterioration or shortcomings, as well as a possible cleaning fee, depending on the state of cleanliness of the mobile home when it is returned.
* If the LESSEE does not wish to do the cleaning when he leaves, he can notify the management of the Campsite upon arrival, for the sum of 80 Euros per rental (100 € for the 3 bedroom model).
* Each occupant of the rental must respect the house rules.
* No tents should be set up next to the rental.
* A certificate of insurance bearing the mention resort must be submitted. In the event of deterioration caused by the POLICYHOLDER, or the persons under his responsibility, the latter undertakes to replace or reimburse any damage that is not covered by his insurance.
* It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rental.
*It is strictly prohibited to recharge any electric vehicles in rental properties.
* Pets are not allowed in the rental (unless previously agreed)
* The number of people allowed in the rental is indicated. This must be respected, including potential visitors.
