Reservation of a location or rental
Return your contract duly signed, completed, accompanied by the payment corresponding to your reservation and according to your type of rental desired.
Nothing reduction will be granted in case of delayed arrival or early departure
Nothing reservation can't be performed for a specific rental number
Nothing reservation can't be performed for a specific location number
Nothing reservation can not be to give in to a third
The reservation was nominative, the person having reserved must be present during the stay.
Validation of reservation
The location of rental or a Mobil-home will come into force only with our written confirmation and the return of the contract signed and approved by the management of the campsite.
No campsite or camping number will be confirmed by the campsite.
All files was incomplet can be the object on no account of a firm and definitive reservation.
The payment of deposit
It is compulsory to guarantee your stay, he must have returned within 15 days following your phone reservation otherwise your reservation will be cancelled.
He(It) will be to the amount of 30 % of the total of your stay.
He must be made by bank check in the order of the Campsite of the Bay.
Availability of the rent The rent of a mobile home is made from 16 hours and the departure before 11 am.
The rent of a location caravan or of a tent canvas is daily: arrived from 14 hours allocates before 12 am.
For any departure beyond 12 hours, the begun day will be due
Delay
All the reservations of rent mobile home or of location which will not be busy at 6 pm the day of arrival planned by your contract and in the absence of message justifying a delay, the location becomes available the next day at 12 am.
After this period and without written piece of news of the customer, the reservation is cancelled.
The deposit and the set-up fees will be paid off on no account.
Cancelation
Pitch reservation or mobile home rental: for any cancellation received within one month
before the date of arrival, the deposit is retained.
For all reservations canceled less than one month before the scheduled arrival date, the balance is due in full. except for cases of force majeure (accident, death, i…) and upon presentation of proof.
Upon your arrival
Please present yourself at the reception with your booking confirmation, accompanied by an identity document.
The balance of the stay must be fully paid 15 days before your arrival. No payment delay will be granted.

Bonds
Plan a check of 300-€ pledge for the rent of a mobile home. This pledge will be collected by the camping in case of deterioration or of loss.
In your departure

Safety insurance
It is up to the caravan campers to sign an insurance for their caravan, tent, material and their civil liability. The direction disclaims all liability in case of flight, in case of loss and in case of degradation due to the bad weather or the accidents which would intervene inside the campsite
Animals
Animals are allowed on the campsite.
They are accepted on presentation of the vaccination record (decree of 22.01.85), they must be tattooed (decree of 30.06.92). They must be non-aggressive and must be kept on a leash.
category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited, dogs crossed with categories 1 or 2 are prohibited.
Their defilements must be carried out outside the enclosure of the campsite.
Under no circumstances should they be left alone in cars, caravans or tents on the pitch or tied to a tree. Any stray dog will be immediately removed by the pound.
Barbecues are authorized.
The additional people in the day (without overnight stay)

The car park is only authorized on the parking lot of welcome in the entrance of the camping.
Every person not declared to the reception will be expelled immediately as well as her host without advance notice nor refund of the stay.
Traffic noise

The car park is forbidden on paths and access roads. He must be made on the plot of land rented(praised) by the camper and not on the neighboring plots which seem free, they can be rented at any time.
Barriers are closed from 11 pm till 7 am in the morning, hours which any circulation is forbidden. In case of late arrival the car park is planned on the parking lot in the entry of the campsite.
Any use of acoustic appliances does not have to damage its neighborhood. The noise does not have to hamper the peace of mind of the campers between 10 pm and 8 am.

Children's play areas
The young children have to be under the supervision of their parents. The direction disclaims all liability in the event of an accident.
Every camper has to conform to the capacities of the internal rules.
Every person staying at the campsite must be registered on the present contract.
The direction reserves the right to expel without advance notice, nor repayment the people who would be lacking in the respect for the internal rules, or who would not have declared all the occupants or not given false information concerning the occupants of the plot of land or the rents.
