General terms of renting
1. The major signatory is responsible for the material which is rented to him. He must justify of a public-liability
insurance (guaranteeing the holiday risk).
2. The hirings are allotted within the limit of 4, 5 or 6 people (according to figure) for the campsite mobil-homes, 6
people for the side pond hirings and 14 people for “Le Moulin”.
3. The payment will be carried out by an installment of 30 % of the entire amount of the hiring at the reservation. The
balance will be paid one month before the arrival.
4. If the number of people is different on arrival or during the stay from what was initially planned, the tenant commits
himself to notify any modification and pay the difference.
5. A guarantee of €200 will be asked. This guarantee, deposited on arrival, will be returned at the departure of the
undersigned tenants (if the inventory of fixtures and the inventory of the material carried out do not lead to
observations).
6. If for an unspecified reason the stay is cancelled or the duration of the stay is shortened, the amount already paid
will be kept by the camp-site.
7. Every arrival before the planned date and hour exposes the holiday maker not to be able to occupy the installation
retained except prior agreement with the direction.
8. The hirings are on hold during the 48 hours following the date of arrival, at the end of this period, it ceases being
retained and the versed sum is kept by the camp-site.
10. Cancellation insurance: the cancellation contract is sent on request. In case of cancellation without insurance,
will be kept or will be owed as compensation for breach of contract, the amount indicated below:
- Cancellation less than 31 days before arrival: the total rent
- Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: the deposit of the rental
11. In case of cancellation with insurance, will be kept or will be owed: cancellation insurance allowance for breach
of contract listed above, which will be reimbursed by insurance under the terms of contract Cancellation.
Inside rules extract:
1. Any visitor will have to identify himself at the reception and pay entrance duty.
2. Children less than 12 years old must be under the watch of an adult at the pool.
3. Animals must be kept on a leash. Vaccination presented on arrival and their feces collected by owners. Dogs of
category 1 and 2 or more than 25kg are not allowed on the campsite.
