Article 1 - Sales Terms and Conditions
The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website wwwrestaurant-gite-camping-simondon.fr. They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.
According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment
All prices are given in Euros, including VAT. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price
Camping pitches booking requests: Pitches booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.
Rented accommodations booking requests: Rented accommodations booking requests are nominative and nontransferable. The lease is only effective after the establishment agreed and has received the deposit and the administration fees.
The définitive payment will be asked on evening befor leaving.
2.2 Changing your booking request
No discount will be granted for late arrivals and/or early departures.
However, any early arrival or late departure will be charged.
2.3 Cancellations
Cancellation insurance is offered to you when booking.
If you did not subscribe to our cancellation coverage when booking, you still have 72 hours to add this option.
Without this coverage you will not be able to claim any reimbursement in the event of cancellation, late arrival, or interruption of your stay.
2.3.1 Cancellation by you
Any cancellation must be notified to us by any written means on a durable medium (by email, registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, etc.).
• If your email/mail is presented up to 31 days before your arrival, the amount of the deposit paid, the administration fees paid, and, if applicable, the sums paid under the cancellation insurance remain acquired by SARL SIMONDON FARM.
• If your letter is presented less than 31 days before the date of your arrival, all sums paid to SARL FERME DE SIMONDON remain with it.
To obtain possible compensation, we advise you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance when booking.
2.3.2 Cancellation by the campsite
If we are forced to cancel a reservation that we have confirmed to you, we will notify you as soon as possible by email; the amounts paid will be fully refunded by transfer at the latest within 30 days following notification of cancellation and after receipt of your RIB by SARL FERME DE SIMONDON.
2.4 Withdrawals
The legal dispositions related to withdrawals on on-line sales do not apply to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 from the French Code de la consommation)
For any on-line booking, customers will have no right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - During your stay
3.1 Arrivals and departures
* In rented accommodations : arrivals from 4 p.m.to 7 p.m. and departures before 10 a.m. on Saturday (5 p.m. for short stays) Day of arrival : please note it on your location contract.
* In camping pitches : arrivals from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m and departures before 12 a.m. Free day of arrival.
3.2 Guarantee
A deposit will be required upon arrival in rental cottages or tents to cover any damage you may cause (see rates to find out the amount). A deduction will be made in the event of damage or cleaning not done upon your departure.
The deposit will be returned to you within a week of your departure.
3.3 Departures
Any key return after 10 a.m. on Saturday for weekly rentals (5 p.m. for short-stay rentals) or release of the pitch after 12 p.m. will result in an additional night being charged.
Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the planned departure date.
3.4 Animals
Dogs are allowed (except categories 1 and 2 prohibited) with an additional charge, only kept on a leash. Droppings will be collected. Behavior that respects other vacationers will be essential. Any behavior contrary to the tranquility of other vacationers will result in early departure from the Ferme de Simondon.
Cats are prohibited.

3.5 Child supervision
Children remain under the responsibility and supervision of their parents or adults accompanying them throughout the Simondon Farm, during swimming, as well as during the games provided.
3.6 Policies and procedures
In accordance with the law in force, the client agrees to subscribe to the Policies and procedures, listed in the Préfecture, available at the reception desk, it will be given on demand.
Article 4 - Liability
The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 - Dispute / Consumer mediation
In the event of a dispute between the Client and the company, they will endeavor to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional or, where applicable, to the professional's Customer Relations Department).
In the absence of an amicable agreement or in the absence of a response from the professional within a reasonable period of one (1) month, the Consumer Client within the meaning of Article L.1612-2 of the Consumer Code has the possibility of contacting, free of charge, if a disagreement persists, the competent mediator registered on the list of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation pursuant to Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely:

Article 6 - Applicable Law
These general conditions are subject to French law and all disputes concerning their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or Tribunal de Commerce de PRIVAS 07000 - FRANCE
