Only one vehicle and one animal are allowed (no animal on very comfortable rentals) on the pitch. Dogs of 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited. All animals must be vaccinated, their up-to-date vaccination record will be requested on arrival, and recorded as a supplement. He must be kept on a leash and under no circumstances be left alone in the rentals or on the pitches. Minors must be accompanied by their parents.
All reservations are personal and cannot be transferred or sublet. The persons listed on the contract cannot be replaced by a third party.
The reservation will only become effective after receipt of the contract and the requested deposit followed by our written confirmation.
The preferences expressed during the reservation will be satisfied to the extent of availability, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite. They can neither be guaranteed nor demanded.
In case of cancellation made in writing:
3 months firm before the start of the stay, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, 2 months firm before the start of the stay, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. After this period, the entire deposit or payment will remain acquired at the campsite. In all cases, reservation costs are not reimbursed.
Cancellation insurance is offered to you at 2.9% of the price of the stay in order to guarantee the reimbursement of your vacation in the event of a last minute unforeseen event. The conditions of this insurance will be requested at the campsite reception.
In the event of non-attendance on the scheduled day of arrival, without written information from the customer, the campsite will have the pitch or the rental at 12 noon the next day.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the price of the stay will remain unchanged, and no refund can be made.
RENTALS:
In July and August, mobile home rentals are only from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m., outside this period the days of arrival and departure are free. This reservation contract gives rise to a deposit payment:
25% of the total amount of the stay with a minimum of 50 €, plus 25 € administration fees (administration fees offered for stays outside July and August).
The balance for mobile homes must be paid 15 days before arrival and will definitively validate the reservation. In the event of non-payment within the time limit, the reservation will lapse, the deposit paid will be lost and the campsite will dispose of the rental.
A deposit check of 200 € will be requested upon arrival. It will be returned to you at the end of your stay if no damage or breakage is observed. A second check of 70 € will be requested for the cleaning fee and will be returned to you if the rental is returned in an impeccable state of cleanliness.
In the event of departure outside reception opening hours, the inventory will be made later and the deposits will be destroyed
The tenant agrees to top up the sum if the amount of the deposit is not sufficient to repair the damage caused.
PITCHES (Maximum 6 people):
Arrivals on the pitches are from 2 p.m. and departures before 12 noon. Any departure after 12 noon will be billed as an additional night. This reservation contract gives rise to a deposit: € 80, plus € 25 for booking fees (booking fees offered for stays outside July and August). Payment of the balance for bare pitches will be made on the day of arrival at the campsite.
A deposit of € 20 will be required for the automatic barriers card.
WEARING THE BRACELET is compulsory throughout the campsite. It should in no case be exchanged or given to others.
During your stay, you may be photographed and appear in our next brochure, on the internet and any communication medium. In case of refusal, you must notify reception in writing on the day of your arrival.
