Reception capacities
Only the number of people indicated (including infants) will be accepted for rental accommodation and only one vehicle per pitch. The information given by the lessee serves as the basis for calculation. Any additional person (within the limit of the accommodation capacity of the chosen accommodation) must be declared on arrival. In conclusion, any inaccurate declaration, any modification that may lead to a variation in the amount of the stay, renders the contract null and void.
Evolution of prices
Rates are dynamic and may change as the season progresses. Resort & Camping – Val de Braye cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a difference in cost between two stays booked for the same period. The prices indicated on the site are in euros, including VAT at the rate in force at the time of receipt of the deposit and the full price. Any change or modification of the rate as well as any change in the taxes applicable to the stay, on the date of invoicing, may be passed on to the price of the stay. We reserve the right to adjust our prices in the event of a change in the rate of taxes or that of VAT (10%). Included in the price: water, electricity, television (depending on the campsite) parking for 1 car, access to the swimming pools and the activities offered by the campsite, that take place on the site. Excluded: Booking fees, tourist tax, ecological fee, cancellation insurance
Reservations, terms of payment
Please note: the invoice will be issued in the name given when booking. The reservation is accepted when we collect the deposit (“30% of the total sum + reservation costs). Payment of the deposit possible by check, credit card and cash. The balance of the stay is to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival (only by credit card or bank transfer). If you book less than 4 weeks before your arrival, you will pay the entire stay upon booking by credit card only. The reservation is final after receipt of the balance of your stay. In the absence of full payment 4 weeks before your arrival, Resort & Camping - Val de Braye reserves the right to cancel the reservation. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product prices displayed on the www.campingbraye website. com are correct. However, it may happen that an error occurs and that the products are not correctly valued (incorrect price or typographical error in the price indicated). In this case, we may, at our discretion, cancel the order or terminate the contract (depending on when the error is detected) and notify you of such cancellation or termination, or contact you and ask if you wish to purchase the product. at its real price.
Group reservation
Any reservation of more than 4 accommodations by the same natural person or by different natural persons, but knowing each other and traveling together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay, is considered as a group. The accommodation offered on our website is intended exclusively for individual customers. For any group reservation request, you must contact Resort & Camping – Val de Braye by email or via our “Contact us” section. Resort & Camping – Val de Braye reserves the right to study the group reservation request before accepting or refusing it.
Guarantees
The equipment for each rental is the subject of a quantified inventory. The tenant is required to check it on his arrival and to report any anomaly to the reception before noon the next day. The deposits are €400 for rental and €100 for cleaning. They will be requested at the same time as the balance of your stay 4 weeks before your arrival by credit card only. (16 digits + 3 digits of the cryptogram + expiry date). If there is additional damage, we have the right to charge you to the payment method or credit card you used when booking.
These deposits are not cashed and are canceled after the inventory of fixtures at the departure of the tenant, under deduction of the amount of the deteriorations and/or missing materials noted. The cleaning of the accommodation is the responsibility of the tenant. At the end of the stay, an inventory of the rental is carried out, it must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness inside and in the immediate surroundings. If necessary, you will be charged €100 (depending on rental). The deposits will be canceled after verification of the rental by the authorized and competent teams.
Arrival at the campsite
All tenants, on their arrival, must present themselves at the reception of the campsite with their voucher which will have been sent to them by post or by email after paying for their stay. In case of late arrival, please notify the campsite. Resort & Camping - Val de Braye reserves the right to dispose of the accommodation if there is no news 24 hours after the scheduled date of the stay. When the stay has begun, the entire price of the stay remains with Resort & Camping - Val de Braye. There is no refund possible due to early departure or late arrival for whatever reason. In the event of a dispute, you can exercise your right of complaint to a mediator at the latest, within ninety days from the date of notification, Decree No. 2015-1382.
Animals
Animals are only allowed under supervision and kept on a leash for an additional fee, except for 1st category “attack dogs” (pit bulls) and 2nd category “guard and defense” dogs (rottweiler… ) prohibited. For the respect of everyone, we want the living spaces to be respected (take the necessary measures). We remind you that it is forbidden to leave the animal alone in the accommodation or on the terrace.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation on your part:
For a stay: More than 30 days before the date of arrival, a lump sum of 30% will be deducted from the price of the stay and the administrative costs will also be retained. Less than 30 days before the arrival date: the entire stay.
Early departure: No refund will be granted if the stay is shortened by the tenant.
CANCELLATION IN THE EVENT OF A PANDEMIC
1- In the event of total closure of the establishment during the dates of the reserved stay (which is assimilated to a measure of total prohibition of reception of the public, insofar as the customer is directly concerned by the application of this measure)
decided by the public authorities, and which is not attributable to the service provider, the sums paid in advance by the customer for the reservation of the stay, excluding administration and insurance costs, will be the subject to reimbursement within 6 months. The Service Provider cannot, however, be held to additional compensation beyond this reimbursement of the sums already paid for the reservation of the stay.
2- Any cancellation of the stay duly justified by the fact that the customer or a member of the stay expressly named at the creation of the reservation would be affected by COVID 19 (infection) or other infection considered to be part of a pandemic, or would be identified as a contact case, and that this situation would call into question his participation in the stay on the scheduled dates will be done without compensation for termination, unless cancellation insurance taken out at the time of booking the stay. Insurance
A subscription to travel and vacation civil liability is COMPULSORY to access the campsite.
Minors
Minors (including emancipated minors) unaccompanied by an ascendant parent or their legal guardians are not accepted.
Visitors
Admitted after reception agreement and payment of the entrance fee. The visitor must leave the campsite before 9 p.m.
Image rights
You expressly and without compensation authorize Resort & Camping - Val de Braye to use on any medium the photos and videos of you or your children which may be taken during your stay, for advertising purposes. for our campsite. Otherwise, you must notify it by registered mail. The signing of the contract implies that the lessee has read these, that he renounces to give them a personal interpretation, and that he accepts them without reservation. Disputes that are not settled amicably will be submitted to the courts attached to the campsite concerned by the dispute.
Additional information
We guarantee that the rentals are ready and accessible from 4:00 p.m. and no later than 8:00 p.m. In case of late arrival, please notify the campsite. Towels and bed linen are NOT provided in the rentals, possibility of rental on site subject to stock. Departure until 10 a.m. or 12 p.m. depending on the campsite. It is forbidden to set up a tent on the site of a mobile home, chalet or bungalow as well as to use personal equipment (eg barbecues, planchas, etc.) that exceeds 2000W.
