GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
FIELD OF APPLICATION
- The present general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays made at Camping Le Moulin. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its clients.
- Each client acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to booking a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
- In accordance with the law in force, the present general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of holidays. They can also be obtained on written request to the establishment's head office.
DETAILS OF THE G.S.A.
- The period between the client's request for an option and the receipt of the contract with the deposit by the campsite may not exceed one week, otherwise the option will be lost.
- The applicable rates are those in force on the day of the reservation.
- Any promotions are not retroactive.
- For any change in the dates of stay, the same type of accommodation or pitch cannot be guaranteed and a fee may be charged.
- All rentals are nominative and may not be transferred to a third party without the permission of the management. Furthermore, the use of the premises is exclusively reserved for the persons registered on the contract.
- A specific pitch or accommodation number cannot be guaranteed. If a number has been communicated, the campsite reserves the right to assign another number of the same category without the client being able to claim any compensation whatsoever.
- In the absence of a message from the client stating that he/she has had to postpone the date of arrival, the accommodation or pitch becomes available 24 hours after the date of arrival mentioned on the rental contract and full payment of the services is required.
- No reduction will be granted in the case of late arrival or early departure.
- In the event of cancellation of the contracted stay by the client:
+ More than 30 days before the planned date of arrival:
The client will be charged the booking fee and 30% of the total amount of the stay booked.
+ Less than 30 days before the planned date of arrival, or if the client does not show up on this date:
The booking fee will be retained and the total amount of the stay will be required.
However, the client can take out a cancellation guarantee for a fee if he/she so wishes.
This guarantee reimburses the compensation that the client is obliged to pay in the event of cancellation of his stay, calculated according to our rental conditions. It covers only cases of force majeure duly justified.
The guarantee must be taken out at the time of booking, and the amount is never refundable, whether this service is used or not.
- In the event of cancellation of the stay by Camping Le Moulin, double the deposit will be refunded to the client.
- In accordance with the legislation (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code), this reservation is firm and does not give any possibility of retraction.
- The campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the client's equipment caused by the client. It is therefore compulsory for the client to have a valid civil liability insurance.
- Clients are required to comply with the provisions of the campsite's internal regulations, which are displayed at the entrance to the campsite and will be supplied on request. The following clauses are included:
1.All guests must be notified and must present themselves to Reception on arrival. Their stay, which may not exceed one day, is subject to authorisation and a fee.
2.Dogs and cats may be admitted (only one animal per accommodation and a maximum of 2 per camping pitch) subject to silence, cleanliness and being kept on a lead at all times. Their acceptance is subject to authorisation and a fee.
3.Smoking is not permitted in the enclosed areas or in the accommodation.
- Arrival and departure times are as follows:
+ Arrival from 4pm - departure before 10am for rental accommodation.
+ Arrival from 2pm - departure before 12 noon for camping pitches.
- The balance of the stay must be paid in full
+ 30 days before the date of arrival indicated on this contract in the case of rental accommodation.
+ On arrival in the case of camping pitches.
- Payments are possible by :
+ Cash
+ Bank cheque (from a French bank only) to the order of : Camping Le Moulin SARL
+ Bank transfer to IBAN FR76 3000 3034 6300 0200 1833 713 SWIFT BIC : SOGEFRPP
(specifying the identity declared at the time of booking)
+ Valid holiday vouchers (ANCV) with their stub.
+ Credit card (CB, Visa, Eurocard Mastercard)
+ Internet, via credit card on the site: www.CampingLeMoulin.com
- The tourist tax is not included in the price, it will be requested on arrival if the administrative authorities decide to collect it.
- An environmental contribution of €0.70 per adult per night will also be requested on arrival.
- In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to use the mediation service offered by CM2C free of charge.

CASE OF RENTAL ACCOMMODATION
- On arrival, the client will be asked to pay a security deposit comprising :
- 200 € to cover the cost of any damage caused by the property.
- 90 € separately to cover cleaning costs.
These amounts can be paid by cheque, cash or credit card.
These amounts will be returned if the inventory of fixtures at the end of the stay does not reveal any damage or soiling.
- Any damaged object or piece of furniture must be reported to the campsite management. Replacement rate provided on request.
- The day before departure at the latest, the management must be informed of the time of departure in order to organise the inventory of fixtures, which will be carried out only during the opening hours of the Reception. Otherwise, the deposit will be returned by post within one month if the condition of the accommodation is satisfactory.
- The rental rates include gas and water consumption. Electricity is included up to 10kW.h per day, beyond that it is charged.
- These rates do not include the following services: bed linen*, towels, baby kit, cleaning during and at the end of the stay.
*Bed linen is included in the rates for the Ecolochic and Espace ranges for any stay of at least one week taking place entirely in July and August.
