Terms of Sales
The contract is nominative and the reservation only becomes effective with our agreement, and after receipt of payment of the 30% deposit.
A confirmation will be sent to you.
The arrival and departure times mentioned on the contract must be respected, the balance of the stay is payable 30 days before the day of arrival for RENTALS and also for CAMPING-CARAVANING PITCHES.
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
In the absence of a written message from the tenant, stating that he had to postpone his arrival, the pitch or rental becomes available 48 hours after the scheduled arrival date.
The internal regulations of the campsite must be respected. In the event of non-compliance or serious misconduct, the campsite cannot be held responsible.
For rentals, arrival from 4 p.m. on Saturday and departure between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Rates include accommodation (max. 4 or 8pers.), water, gas, electricity (heating extra). additional people not listed on the rental contract will not be able to stay on the planned pitch or will have to pay a supplement. we can in no way be responsible for loss or theft of personal items, injuries or damage that may occur to holidaymakers or their property during their stay.
CANCELATION:
In the event of cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, an amount equal to 30% of the price of the stay will be retained by the campsite. (optional insurance depending on the type of accommodation)
In case of cancellation less than 8 days in high season, the total amount of the stay will be non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of less than 3 days in low season or mid season, the total amount of the stay will be non-refundable.
ANIMALS:
Pets are allowed in rentals (mobile homes). They should never be left alone. They must be neither noisy, nor annoying, nor threatening for the neighbours. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited. When you arrive, we will ask you for your animal's vaccination record. A supplement will be paid at the reception.
BAIL:
300 € per rental, 600 € for 6/8 places It is payable on arrival. If the cleaning has not been carried out correctly by you, a sum of 50 euros will be retained for the cleaning of the mobile home and 100 € for the 6/8 places. In the event that the equipment is ready to be re-rented immediately, your deposit will be returned to you on your departure (deductions for any missing items or damage).
BARBECUE:
Electric barbecues are not permitted. Charcoal or gas barbecues are.
POOL:
Compulsory swimsuit (underpants or shorts prohibited)
HOLIDAY VOUCHERS:
Holiday vouchers are not accepted for down payments (see conditions).
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT:
The tenant has read and has in his possession a duplicate of the rates, rental conditions, regulations, cancellation conditions.
PROMOTIONAL OFFERS:
Promotional offers subject to special conditions. payment when booking, non-refundable, non-modifiable and non-exchangeable.
