Article 1 - Scope of the general terms and conditions
These general conditions governing operation of law all sales stays performed on site www.ladraille.com They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges these general conditions before booking a stay, -even for him and anyone participating in the stay.
According to the law, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information prior to the conclusion of any sales contract stays. They can also be obtained on written request to the office of the institution.
Article 2 - Booking Conditions 2.1 Price and Payment
The price of the stay is indicated in euro, VAT included.. The client's attention is drawn to the fact that is not included in the price tourist tax.
For camping reservations location: All rentals are personal and can not be transferred. The hiring becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of full payment and booking fee.
For reservations rental: All hire is individual and can't be transferred. The hiring becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of full payment and booking fees.
For unreported delay, rental / location becomes available 48 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of written message, the reservation will be invalid and the deposit forfeited to the campsite management.
2.2 Change of reservation.
No reduction will be made in case of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Cancellations will be accepted in writing. The cost of cancellation are:
Cancellation until 42 days before departure: the deposit.
Canceling the 42nd day (inclusive) until the 28th day before departure: 60% of the fare.
Cancellation of the 28th day (inclusive) until the day of departure: 90% of the fare.
Cancellation the day of departure or later: the booking amount.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions on the right of withdrawal for distance sales under the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order from a stay at the campsite, the client enjoys no right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation Insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers a cancellation guarantee which provides a refund of amounts paid in case of cancellation of your stay or leave early under certain conditions (illness, accident ...).
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For rent: check-in is from 15.00h, check-out is before 10.00 am.
Camping: check-in is from 14.00h, check-out is before 12.00 pm.
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of EUR 50 per accommodation will be required on the day of arrival. It will be refunded the day of departure, during the opening hours of the box, after an inventory. Billing for any damage will be added to the price of the stay and the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of cleanliness. If you can be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned by mail.
3.3 Departure
All key return or release location after 10am will be invoiced an extra night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Pets
Pets are allowed within a limited number of locations.
3.5 Rules of procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules, introduced in the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy will be provided upon request.
Article 4 - Liability
The campsite does not accept any liability for damage by camper-caravaneer material that would be of his own doing; your material liability insurance is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC) ...
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court -
