1. The booking becomes effective only with
our agreement and after receipt of your
contract duly completed, signed, and
accompanied by your deposit of 30%. No
reservation can be guaranteed for a specific
location or rental number. The booking fee is
15 € / stay for a classic booking, and 30 € / stay
for a reservation with creation of a file helped.
RENTALS: Arrivals are between 3pm and
7.30pm. Departures must be scheduled before
11am. People wishing to leave the day before
must vacate the premises before 7pm. In any
case, it is essential to make an appointment at
the reception at the latest 48 hours before
your departure for the exit inventory. No
departure can take place outside these hours
and without the presence of a responsible
person.
CAMPING LOCATION: Arrivals between 3pm
and 7.30pm. It is possible to arrive earlier if the
pitch is not occupied. For this, obligation to
warn us before by phone. No arrival will be
accepted after 7.30pm.
2. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of
booking. The balance of the stay is made at the
latest, the day of arrival, in cash, or bank cards.
3. For rentals, a deposit of 200 € will be
required upon arrival (credit card or cash
imprint). It guarantees the breakage or the
degradation of the material. It will be returned
to you after departure inventory, minus any
damage noted.
This deposit also acts as a household surety.
The rental must be returned to us in the same
condition as on your arrival. If you notice a
failure or a degradation in the Mobil-Home on
your arrival, thank you to announce it to us
immediately.
End-of-stay cleaning does not include the
cleaning of the kitchen area (plate +
microwave + fridge), the cleaning of the dishes
to put on the table for the inventory, to empty
the bins and defrost the fridge
Non-occupancy: In the absence of a written
message from the tenant, the object of his
reservation remains at his disposal until noon
the next day. Then it is at the disposal of the
campsite again.
4. The reservation is personal and cannot be
transferred to anyone. No reduction will be
granted in the case of delayed arrival or early
departure. In no case, the number of tenants
can be exceeded (maximum 5 or 7 people
following the rental). 5 people maximum on a
camping site. Minors unaccompanied by their
parents or a person of full age will not be
admitted to the campsite.
5. Contents of the rental: each rental contains
all necessary kitchen equipment and bedding
except sheets, blankets, pillowcases (except
Prestige and Tribu).
Remember to provide a minimum of cleaning
product to leave your rental in the same
condition as your arrival.
6. Access to or from the campsite is prohibited
for vehicles from 11pm to 7am. As a result,
traffic within the campsite is strictly prohibited
for vehicles and mopeds during this period.
The barriers of the campsite are reading
license plates. Thank you for providing it
before your arrival.
If your license plate is damaged and becomes
illegible for our cameras, you will have to park
outside the campsite.
7. Charcoal barbecues and open fires are
strictly prohibited (fire department).
8. Visitors will only be allowed to enter the
campsite after they get the authorization to
enter by the reception. A daily bracelet will be
given to them. This one is charged 4 € and does
not give access to the aquatic complex.
9. Pets are allowed at extra charge (1 per
accommodation). Their owner will have to
present on his arrival the updated vaccination
record. The rabies vaccine is mandatory. They
will have to be leashed and the owners are
required to remove the dirt they cause. 1st and
2nd category dogs are prohibited.
10. For your safety and comfort, the wearing of
a bracelet, given at your arrival is mandatory
for access to the pool and the campsite.
Swimming pool access: swimsuit, bathing suit
and short boxer only allowed.
Mandatory baths for babies. Underpants
forbidden.
11. Mediation of consumer disputes:
In accordance with the provisions of the
Consumer Code concerning the process of
mediation of consumer disputes, the
customer has the right to make free use of the
mediation service offered by Camping Les
Plans. The mediator consumer law thus
proposed is MEDICYS. This mediation device
can be reached by:

and amicable settlement of the judicial officers

• IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE, it may be that
the campsite is prevented from honoring its
commitments, in this case it reserves the right
to cancel the corresponding bookings, the full
refund of the sums paid will take place,
excluding any other claim .
• RIGHTS TO THE IMAGE: You expressly
authorize and without compensation the
campsite LES PLANS to use on any medium
photos of you or your children that could be
taken during your stay for the advertising
needs of the campsite.
• The 7-day right of withdrawal does not apply
to outdoor hotels. Therefore, no refund will be
made (excluding cancellation conditions).
Any breach of these conditions will be subject
to an eviction of all persons present on the site
concerned by the non-compliance with the
aforementioned clauses.
