BOOKING CONDITIONS:
-The booking of a camping pitch or rental is strictly personal. Under no circumstances may you sublet or assign your booking without the written consent of the campsite.
- Group bookings of 2 units or more (e.g. tent, caravans, motorhome or accommodation for rent) traveling together are not allowed
- Long period reservation are not accepted
- Double-axle caravans prohibited
- Any vehicle with a double axle is prohibited.
- Charging of hybrid and/or electric vehicles is not allowed
- Commercial vehicles used for professional purposes, are not allowed on the site.
-The rules of procedure posted at the reception must be respected.
-For any early departure, the reserved nights are to be paid in full.
-We inform you that your data such as: your name, your email address and your telephone number are recorded. As part of our exchanges, we use your personal data to contact you. Of course, if you no longer wish to receive information from us, or if you wish to receive additional information about the processing of your personal data, please do not hesitate to contact us at camping.vaudois@wanadoo.fr
CAMPING PITCH:
-The reservation for a pitch becomes effective only after our agreement and after receipt of 100 € deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before your arrival. In case of cancellation, the campsite keeps the sums collected. The cancellation insurance contract can be downloaded from our website. Management will do its utmost to satisfy your choice of location without guaranteeing it.
-Arrival from 2PM to 7:00PM maximum, departure before 12PM.
MOBILE HOME RENTALS:
-The booking for a rental mobile home becomes effective only after our agreement and after receipt of deposit representing 25% of the amount of the stay + 2.9% of the amount of the stay for cancellation insurance (optional).
-The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the date of arrival at the campsite.
-In case of cancellation, the campsite keeps the sums collected. The cancellation insurance contract can be downloaded from our website.
-We do our best to assign you the chosen mobile home.
-Sheets are not provided.
-Arrival from 4PM to 7:00PM maximum, departure before 10:30PM.
-If the cleaning is not done by the tenant, it will be charged 30 € and deducted from the deposit of 200 € paid on arrival. - The management reserves the right to assess the general condition of the rental and to retain all or part of the deposit.
