GENERAL CONDITIONS OF RENT
Common Conditions to pitches and rentings
A demand must be established by pitch or renting. The preferences formulated during the bookings will be satisfied as far as possibilities without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.
The booking will be taken into account only after the signature of the contract, the payment of the deposit, the reception of the confirmation of booking sent by the campsite. This one must be presented during your arrival.
The rents of rentings and stays campsite- caravanning must be settled at the latest one month before the date of arrival, the total payment of the amount is due, whatever is the type of stay. Any reduction will be granted for delayed arrival or early departure.
Cancellation

COVID 19 COVERAGE FOR YOU AND ALL PARTICIPANTS
To consider your departure in a serene holiday, we offer you the free cancellation (excluding application fees ) up to 7 days before your arrival in case of:
• Positive PCR test
• COVID-19 illness or individual quarantine
• Contact Case Situation
• Hospitalization or death of yourself or a loved one related to COVID-19
Simple reimbursement request with proof and reimbursement in 48h excluding application fees
For all other cancellations the following conditions will apply
Any deposit of not corresponding booking and not settled in its amount and for the periods will entail cancellation diligently fixed expenses. Any not settled booking, according to the terms of sale, will be cancelled and fixed expenses will be retained. Any cancellation of booking must be formulated in writing and will entail the application of the following conditions:
- Received at least one month before the date of arrival: 30% of the total amount of the reservation remains acquired in the center.
- Received 30 to 0 days before date of arrival: 100% of the total amount of the reservation remains acquired in the center.
In case of cancellation for reasons falling to the society administrator of the campsite, the customer will obtain the repayment of all the paid sums.
In case of delayed arrival, the rent is cancelled at the end of 48 hours, except indication of the customer for this period.
Every customer has to have an insurance. The campsite declines any responsibility in case of theft, fire, bad weather and in case of incidents recovering from the civil liability of the customer
Every customer must conform to the camping rules. Your vehicles do not have to park on another place than yours.
For any modification of the dates of stay, it cannot be guaranteed the same type of place or mobile-home
Animals are not allowed on the campsite
Specific conditions in places
1- The rent becomes actual only with the agreement of the developer and after 30-euro reception of deposit. The payment can be made by check or mandate, established in the order of the developer.
2- The places of campsite must be freed at 12 am and can be occupied as a rule only from 12 hours. Any extra time of stay must be formulated 24 hours at least, before the date of the foreseen departure.
3- The electricity can be supplied only if the equipment of the customer is in accordance with the current norms.
Specific conditions in rentings
1- The rent becomes actual only with the agreement of the developer, and after reception of a payment of deposit of 30 % of the total amount of the stay. The payment can be made by a check, debit card or a mandate, established in the order of the developer
2- Rentings are weekly rent, from Saturday 16 hours (4 pm) till next Saturday, till 11 hours. Except July and August, the duration of the stay can be adapted to the demand, and this for a minimum of 2 consecutive nights.
3- A 150-euro deposit will be paid by the customer in the daytime of its arrival. This one will be restored to the customer after an inventory made in the daytime of its departure and after certification of the correspondence of the aforementioned inventory to the primitive state of the places. For lack of correspondence, will be made a deduction of the expenses of restoration of places and the value of the missing or damaged equipment. Any complaint concerning the condition of places must be made for the developer by the customer at the time of its installation in places.
A 80-euro inclusive sum will be retained on the amount of the deposit by the developer, in case the rented accommodation would not have been cleaned by the customer in the daytime of its departure.
Rentings are rented according to the models for 4 or 5 persons. On no account the number of occupants will have to be superior to that indicated on the contract.
Clause relative to the personal data protection
Within the framework of your reservation, we collect personal data concerning you. These are only handled for the only internal needs for the reservations and for the management of your file. They can be also used for commercial purposes later without being shared with anyone of outside and also for purposes of statistical studies.
You have a right of access, modification, rectification and abolition of the data which concern you (art 34 of data protection acts n°78-17 of January 6th, 1978).
