1/ Our services include
This is a camping pitch for your tent, caravan or motorhome.
Your stay is calculated on the basis of a basic package that includes the location, the person or persons planned according to the package, your installation, your vehicle and access to the reception, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Additional costs (additional person, additional vehicle, pets...) are not included in the package and will be added to it.
Rental accommodation
Our prices include people (depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, a vehicle, access to reception facilities, entertainment and sanitary facilities.
Your accommodation must be restored to its original condition when you leave. Your wishes for a specific pitch or accommodation on the campsite can only be fulfilled according to our reception possibilities upon your arrival. Smoking is not allowed inside the dwellings.
Arrival and departure
The pitches are available from 12pm and must be vacated before 11am. Rentals are available from 3pm and must be vacated before 10am.
Supplements
Additional fees will be charged for animals and visitors. Our prices include VAT, do not include tourist tax. The tax is charged simultaneously with your hosting. It must be paid at the same time as the balance of the stay (30 days before your arrival on the site).
All visitors are required to register when they enter the campsite. Admission fee 3 € / Person / Day.
Minors who are not accompanied by their parents are not accepted in the campsite.
2/ Payment of the stay
Accepted payment methods
For the payment of the deposit as well as the balance, you can honour your reservation or your stay by credit card or bank transfer.
Methods of payment
Any firm booking request from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied by the deposit payment including 30% of the cost of the stay (see booking contract). This reservation has no contractual value until the buyer receives a confirmation of registration issued by the campsite.
The balance of the stay must be paid at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay. In the event that the balance is not paid within the specified time limits, it is considered cancelled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.
3/ Last minute booking
Any booking made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid in full and by credit card only.
4/ Delayed arrival and early departure
In the event of late arrival or early departure, in relation to the dates mentioned on your reservation form, the entire stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any refund for the part of the stay not completed.
5/ No presentation on the campsite
In the event of non-attendance at the campsite within 48 hours of the beginning of your stay and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will have your accommodation at our disposal. We retain the fees in accordance with our cancellation conditions.
6/ Cancellation
By the buyer :
Any cancellation must be notified by post, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the letter.
For the cancellation of a bare pitch, whatever the date of receipt, the totality of the sums due at the time of booking is retained.
For the cancellation of rental accommodation :
• more than 30 days before your arrival, the deposit remains valid at the campsite
• less than 30 days before your arrival, the total amount of the rental, booking fees and insurance contribution are kept.
To obtain any compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance at the time of booking.
Because of the camping :
If the campsite has to cancel its services for renting a pitch and/or rental accommodation on any of the sites listed in this brochure, any contractor who has received his confirmation of stay will be notified by registered letter and then refunded in full up to the sums he has paid.
7/ Security deposit
For rental accommodation, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 300 euros on arrival, which will be returned to you at the end of your stay or, at the latest, within a week of your departure by post.
The campsite reserves the right to keep part or all of this sum in the event of damage to the accommodation and its contents and/or to equipment on the campsite.
The campsite also reserves the right to deduct the sum of 85 euros for rentals with sanitary facilities (bathroom + WC) to cover cleaning costs if this has not been carried out on departure.
8/ Animals
Dogs (except category 1 and 2 dogs) are allowed in the campsite. We require that dogs be kept on a leash in the campsite. Animals should not be left alone. Make sure to respect the hygiene and environment of the host campsite.
9/ Complaints
Any claim following a stay must be made in writing, and sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, within 20 days of your stay.
10/ Mediation
With regard to the mediation process for consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use, free of charge, the mediation service offered by SARL Camping Brin d'Amour. The consumer law mediator thus proposed is CM2C.
11/ Rules of procedure
Guests are required to comply with the campsite's internal regulations.
