GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS 2021
1. When booking, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. It must be returned within 7 days (if payment was not made by credit card when booking). Other solutions for installment payments could possibly be offered.
2. The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before the start date of the stay, under penalty of cancellation of the latter.
3. The keys to the accommodation are handed over on arrival, scheduled FROM 5 p.m., on presentation of the contract.
4. The camping pitches are available from 12 noon and must be vacated before the same time. For any departure in the afternoon, granted by reception, you will be charged an additional price (see current prices).

6. Arrivals planned after 6:00 p.m. (Off season) or 8:00 p.m. (High season) must be notified by telephone to 04 95 28 04 15, as well as by email to contact@camping-sagone.fr.
7. The balance of the stay is to be paid one month before arrival (tourist tax of € 0.45 per adult and per day) (SUBJECT TO CHANGE BY MUNICIPAL DECISION). The tourist tax calculated at the time of booking may possibly be modified depending on the actual number of people on the day of your arrival. An “Eco participation” of 1.00 € per day and per person (adult and child) will also be applied.
8. A deposit of 300 € by credit card imprint will be made on the day of your arrival and will be canceled upon departure, after inventory.
9. For any departure outside of normal reception opening hours, and after inventory, it will be returned to you as follows:
Guarantee by bank imprint: Cancellation of imprint.
10. Rentals MUST be vacated before 10:00 am.
If you have not agreed on a departure time within 24 hours of your arrival, no last minute appointment will be granted.
We will carry out the inventory without your presence and your deposit will be returned to you in accordance with paragraph 9.
11. All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred under any circumstances.
12. Notify us of any possible delay in arrival in order to keep your rental. Otherwise, the accommodation becomes available for rental again 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the rental contract (the next day at noon) and the sums paid remain with the operator.
13. The customer must take out all insurance to cover the risks of theft, fire, water damage, civil liability, recourse by third parties on his own equipment, the campsite taking care of the rental.
14. The customer declares to have read the applicable prices for the year.
15. Loud noise is prohibited and silence must be maintained between midnight and 7 am.
16. Pets are only allowed in certain rentals. The management reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the number or the species seems contrary to the life of a good neighbor. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed. Animals not declared at the time of booking will be charged € 120 on the day of arrival if the type of rental does not admit animals.
17. The many amenities of camping life more than make up for the slight inconvenience of the outdoors.
18. Insects and other little beasts are part of this vacation package. The management is not responsible for their movement around the campsite.
19. The bungalow must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness or a sum of € 60 will be deducted from the deposit. Knowing that the household can be at your expense or ours for a 60 € fee. With the cleaning option, the tenant is however required before his departure to empty his trash in the facilities provided for this purpose and to remove his belongings and food.
20. In case of modification of a stay, after validation, costs will be systematically retained, up to € 40.
21. The loss of bungalow keys will be charged 100 €
22. In the event of cancellation of a stay, the amounts paid will be withheld up to:
- 100% within 26 days of the date of stay.
- 30% within 60 days of the date of stay.
- 10% at 60 days and more.
23. The safety of children in the park is the sole responsibility of the parents or legal guardians, especially in the vicinity of aquatic complexes and recreation areas.
24. The management reserves the right to suspend certain services without notice.
25. The management reserves the right to put an immediate end to the stay, without compensation or compensation in the event of non-compliance with the internal regulations.
