GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS
The tenant, signatory of the present contract, will not be able under any circumstances to prevail himself of any right with the maintenance in the places at the end of the period of hiring.
In case of cancellation up to 12 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus 15 euros (booking fees, even when offered). In case of cancellation between 12 & 6 weeks before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded, minus 15 euros. After this deadline, or after June 15, the sums paid will remain acquired with the campsite. In all cases, the reservation fees will be retained. We encourage our clients to take out cancellation insurance.
RENTAL AND RESERVATION CONDITIONS PITCH
All rentals are non-smoking.
Bring cloths, towels and cleaning products.
Arrival times for rentals are from 16H00 to 19H30 on the first day and must be released between 8H30 and 10H00 on the last day.
The arrival times for the pitches are from 14:00 to 19:30 on the first day and must be vacated before 12:00 on the last day after that an extra day may be charged.
- The balance of the rental (mobile home or tent) will be paid at the latest one month before the beginning of the stay and a deposit of 300€ will be paid on the day of arrival by credit card (PLBS). Your possible absences during your stay will not be taken into account.
- You must notify us of any delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the site if it remains without news 24 hours after the expected arrival date.
- In the event of shortened stay for any reason, the price of the hiring or the site remains acquired with the owner. No refunds will be made. In this case the campsite has the right to dispose of the rental or pitch. In the event of non-occupation 24 hours after the hour of estimated arrival and in the absence of a written notice on your part, the camp-site finds the right to have the hiring or the site. No reimbursement or compensation may be considered in the event of temporary or seasonal closure of one or more of the services due to a technical, climatic, administrative, legislative or other problem.
- The rental can in no case benefit third parties, unless prior agreement of the owner.
- The tenant must ensure the peaceful character of the rental and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
- The rental or pitch will be allocated according to our schedule, taking into account the available model chosen on the date of your stay.
The preferences formulated at the time of reservation will be satisfied to the extent of availability, without incurring the responsibility of the campsite. They cannot be guaranteed or required.
STATE OF THE PREMISES, GUARANTEE DEPOSIT FOR RENTALS.
An inventory of the premises will be made in the presence of the tenant and the owner (or his representative) at the beginning and at the end of the stay. This inventory is the only reference in the event of a dispute concerning the inventory of fixtures. The day of departure, this inventory is carried out, between 8:30 and 10:00, except prior agreement with the owner. The security deposit will be refunded to the tenant after the inventory of the day of departure, after deduction of any losses, damage or the cost of repairing the premises including cleaning. A fixed sum of 50€ will be retained, if the rental is not returned in perfect state of cleanliness. In case of early departure preventing the inventory, the same day of departure of the tenant, the deposit is returned by the owner, within a period not exceeding one week.
Insurance: The customer is responsible for all damages arising from his fault. He is invited to take out a standard insurance-villégiature contract for these various risks.
Animals: Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are forbidden in the campsite. Pets of -10kg are allowed in the rentals (maximum 1 with supplement). All animals must have up-to-date vaccination records. All dogs must be kept on a leash in the campsite. All the natural needs of your animals must be collected and disposed of in the garbage at the entrance of the campsite. Pets are not allowed in the pool.
It is forbidden to leave animals alone in the rentals.
Cancellation: the cancellation of a rental or a camping pitch can only be reported by registered letter, any other means of communication being excluded (telephone, e-mail, fax or simple letter). If you do not take out cancellation insurance and if the cancellation is notified more than 30 days before the arrival date, the campsite will refund the entire deposit, less a 15€ handling fee. In the case of a cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit remains at the campsite. We encourage you to take out the cancellation insurance we offer. The list of cancellation events is included in the contract that will be sent to you with your confirmation.
The cancellation insurance also covers the interruption of your stay
For the rental of the mobile homes the price includes: water, electricity and gas.
For the rent of the tents the price includes: electricity, gas and water available at the fountains and sanitary blocks.
Service offered for a fee: 2 washing machines (5€ per token) - 2 dryers (3€ per token) - small grocery, bar, restaurant, WIFI broadband.
Free access: Swimming pool - Playground for children according to opening hours. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May to the end of September from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm (closed at 8:00 pm from July 14 to August 31).
Rental of refrigerator: you have the possibility to rent a refrigerator on your pitch, in this case you will be asked for a deposit PLBS with your Credit card in the amount of 50 euros, this will be returned if the refrigerator is returned clean on your departure (defrosted and cleaned). In case of departure outside the opening hours of the campsite, the deposit will be returned after checking the condition of the refrigerator.

Visitors: No visitor can go on a site without the authorization of the reception. He will have to pay the visitor fee and respect the rules of the campsite. No visitors after 8:00. Visitors have no access to the aquatic area.
Children : They are placed under the exclusive custody of their parents, who are criminally and civilly responsible, in particular when they use the swimming pool and the games made available to them.
