GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS ARRIVAL 14h - DEPARTURE BEFORE 10h
1. The sublease is prohibited to the lessee, under any pretext whatsoever, even for free, under penalty of termination of the contract. The full amount of rent remaining acquired or due to the lessor. The application fee is 15 € per stay.
2. Early arrivals will not be accepted. The keys must be removed from the lessor at the agreed time. The payment of the balance of the stay must take place at the latest 30 days before the beginning of your stay. After this period, if we have not received your payment, we will consider your booking as canceled and the account cleared as below. No refund will be refunded in case of cancellation or early departure and the landlord has the property to rent without delay.
If the tenant does not take possession of the rental the day provided, someone is the reason, the renter can take over the free disposal of this rental without further formalities 48h. after the scheduled arrival date.
TERMS OF CANCELATION
Cancellations must be notified by registered mail to the person in charge of your place of stay within 48 hours. In the event of cancellation of the stay before the arrival, interruption of stay, or arrival postponed whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen element, the tenant will be held to the payment of the balance of the reservation and no refund will be granted without the subscription of the CANCELLATION insurance which is proposed to you at the time of your reservation, and for any request of refund we ask you to refer to the general conditions of the Cabinet Atol – CAMPEZ COUVERT +33 ( 0) 1.42.99.08.83
No refund will be refunded by us in case of cancellation or early departure and the landlord has freely the property to rent. All reservations are firm and final. The allocation of rentals is not a cancellation clause. An early departure or a late arrival can not give rise to any refund for the period not run.
Any reservation in any form whatsoever, even that of the last minute, automatically implies the acceptance of Terms of Sales.

USE OF THE CHALET
The rented cottage is for the use of temporary housing and pleasure, excluding any professional activity, commercial or craft of any kind.
The lessee undertakes to use the premises personally and in a bourgeois manner and to keep them in perfect condition. The furniture, as well as all inventory materials, must be returned to the place they occupied when entering the premises.
The lessee undertakes to maintain in perfect condition the electrical, sanitary, gas installations for which he must take all precautions. Any repairs made necessary by the negligence or the bad maintenance during the hiring will be chargeable to the taker.
The presence of animals is allowed for a fee. They must never climb on the beds and degrade.
The renter can not guarantee the regularity of the public services of water, electricity or be held responsible for the deprivation of enjoyment of all devices whatever is the duration, if it comes from the unemployment imposed on this (these) devices by a case of force majeure beyond his control.
Any necessary maintenance work is freely decided by the renter without any possibility of opposition from the tenant insofar as the work would guarantee to the latter the good enjoyment of the rented premises.
The number of occupants must not exceed that mentioned for this rental, except special acceptance of the renter. and will eventually give rise, as the case may be, to rent increase.
It is agreed that an inventory statement of the rented premises, furniture, equipment and kitchen utensils will take place when the tenancy begins. If it is impossible to proceed with the inventory at the arrival, the lessee will have 24 hours to check the inventory that will be given and report to the lessor the anomalies found. After this period, the rented goods will be considered as free from damage to the tenant's entrance.
The installation of tents or the parking of additional vehicles on the rented site is prohibited without prior agreement of the lessor and will result in the payment of a surplus. Visitors staying more than 3 hours must first report to the campsite reception and pay a fee.
DEFINITIVE CHARACTER OF THE RENTAL:
The rental, whose object, price and duration are well specified, is definitive from the moment of signature by both parties and the collection by the lessor of the expected down payment. Consequently, this rental can not be affected by any fortuitous event or unforeseen event without the parties being informed.
Tourist tax surcharge, 0.66 € per day for 18+ years staying in rentals.
For short stays the whole stay is from the reservation.
For long stays, the balance of the stay, after payment of 40% deposit on booking, must be paid one month before the delivery of the keys to the rental. The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation in case of non-payment.
in COVIT 19 DEPOSIT 10% AND SALE 8 DAYS BEFORE
SECURITY: A DEPOSIT OF GUARANTEE OF: 260 € (200 € for the accommodation + 60 € for the final cleaning, not returned if the state of cleanliness is considered insufficient) will be asked on your arrival in addition to the balance. it will have to answer for the loss, the damage caused to the objects, furniture or others, as well as to pay the charges, consumptions and complementary services not included in the price of the hiring. This deposit can not in any case participate in the payment of rent. This sum will be refunded will be refunded at the end of the rental, minus the damage, the loss of objects, the possible cleaning, etc ... If the bond is insufficient the taker undertakes to perfect the amount after the inventory Release.
