Terms and Conditions
Article 1: Scope of application of the Terms and Conditions:
The following general Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings carried out on the site www.camping-bord-de-loire.com. They are an integral part of any contract entered into between the campsite and its customers. The rental of a pitch or of a type of accommodation such as tent, canvas bungalow, mobile home, campetoile or camping pod implies the total acceptance of these conditions by the contracting parties. In accordance with the law, the present Terms and conditions are made available to any client for informational purposes prior to the conclusion of any booking. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the site management.
Article 2: BOOKING CONDITIONS
2-1: price and regulation: The price of stays is stated in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For the bookings of camping pitches: we have at your disposal a pitch for your own tent or caravan or camping car for up to 6 persons. We don't accept the 2 aaxel caravan. The campsite offers you four types of pitches. All bookings are made in the name of one specific tenant, and can under no circumstances be transferred to another person. The booking becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the costs of reservations.
When making a pitch reservation please be aware the given price is per night. The pitches are available from 14:00 pm the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 pm the day of departure. Any extended stay means the payment of an extra night. It includes a pitch, an awning and one vehicle maximum.
This fixed fee gives free access to the sanitary arrangements, reception area, swimming pool (in opening hours, no short allow, just speedo), to safe playgrounds and also to the animations organized (july and august).
Additional daily charges will be payable to the campsite in case more people (adults or children) or additional elements are present on the pitch.
Note: Pitches will be allocated without distinction in the order of reservations confirmed. The management reserves the right to change the allocation of a pitch on the arrival of the camper.
For rental reservations ( tents, bungalows, mobile homes and camping Pods). All bookings are made in the name of one specific tenant, and can under no circumstances be transferred to another person. 2-2 Definition of rental seasons :
Please refer to the list of rates.
Periods and duration of rental: Rentals are possible for a week or with a minimum of 2 nights except for July-August. In July and August, the bookings are made for a minimum of 4 nights or for a week from saturday to saturday depending on availability.
The rental price includes the rental of the accommodation, the rental charges (water, gas, electricity except for charging an electric car) the access to the reception area, swimming pool (in opening hours), to safe playgrounds and also to the animations organized (july and august).
2-3: Payment of the stay:
The payment of pitches must be made 30 days before your arrival. Rentals: the total payment of the stay must be made 14 days before your arrival. In case of non-payment, the management reserves the right to cancel the booking.
2-4: Modification of stay:
Possibility of modification of stay is subject to availability. No reduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2-5 Delayed Arrival / earlier departures:
In the absence of a written message of the camper, stating that he has had to postpone the date of his arrival, the pitch or the accommodation become available 12 H 00 after the scheduled date of arrival by the rental contract, and the full payment of the booking is required. No discount will be made in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2-6 : Cancellation:
- More than 120 days before the scheduled date of arrival: 100% refund.
- Between 30 days and 120 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival: the deposit is retained
- less than 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival, or in case of non-presentation at the campsite: the total amount of the stay is due.
You can susbribe a travel insurance when you book your stay.
2-7: Withdrawal:
The legal provisions on the right of withdrawal in the case of distance selling laid down by the code of consumption are not applicable to tourist facilities (article L. 121-20-4 of the Code of consumption). Thus, for any booking from the campsite, the customer has no right of withdrawal.
Article 3: Your stay:
3-1 arrivals and departures: The pitches are available from 14:00 pm the day of arrival and must be vacated before 12:00 pm the day of departure. Any extended stay means the payment of an extra night.
The rentals are available from 16:00 p.m. the day of arrival and must be vacated before 10:00 am the day of departure. Any extended stay means the payment of an extra night. Any extended stay must be announced at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3-2 Security Deposit:
Campers will provide a security deposit of 200 euros on their arrival. The latter will be fully returned by mail the week after your departure after an inventory of fixtures and a satisfactory outgoing inventory. Otherwise,
- The value of the missing objects
- A lump-sum of € 70 for inadequate cleaning of the premises
- The bill for necessary repairs in case of deterioration of equipment
will be charged on the deposit.
3-3 : Pets:
One pet per pitch is allowed in the rentals. They are accepted only on the following conditions:
- The animal must be kept on a leash at all times,
- The animal must not lie on the beds or sofas.
You mustn't leave your pet alone in the mobile-home in your absence. (The non-compliance with these conditions will put an immediate end and without compensation to the rental).
3-4: Internal rules and regulations:
All campers are obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the campsite or face a penalty which might lead to the termination of the contract.
Article 4: Responsibility:
The Campsite accepts no responsibility for damage to camping-caravaning material or the mobile-home tenant's material for which he is responsible : an insurance covering your material for civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc. .. ).
Article 5: Applicable Law:
The present Terms and Conditions are subjected to French law and any dispute relating to their application is subject to the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of Orléans.
