RESERVATION
Reservations can be made by the reservation form on the website. After we have received your
reservation we will send you a confirmation. The confirmation shows the first payment of 50% (to
pay within 7 days) and the final payment of 50% (for pitches to pay at the moment of arrival, for
rentals to pay 30 days before arrival). After we have received the first payment the reservation is
final. Reservations cannot be transmitted.
CANCELLATION
If a cancellation is made more the 6 weeks before arrival, the obligation to pay the final payment
(50% of the total amount) expires, there is no restitution of the deposit (50% of the total amount). If
cancellation is made within 6 weeks before arrival there is no refund.
We recommend to get an cancellation insurance, in case of cancellation we will make a cancellation
note that you can submit to your insurance. Early departure or delayed arrival don't lead to any
refund.
RESPONSIBILITY
The camp-site is not responsible for damage, injury, theft, accidents and incidents involving renter
and his company during their stay.
CAMPING REGULATIONS
Renters and their company need to adhere to the camp-site regulations and general conditions. The
management reserves the right do deny access to the camp-site if one or more persons misbehave.
The renter will not receive a refund on the amount paid.
AVAILABILITY
The pitches are available after 14.00 hrs, departure before 12.00 hrs. The rentals are available after
15.00 hrs, departure before 10.00 hrs.
PETS
On the pitches pets are allowed if they have been vaccinated and have a passport. Pets must be
leashed on the camp-site at all times and may not bother other guests. Dogs can be walked outside
the camp-site. Pets are NOT allowed in the rental accommodations.
RENTALS, LINEN
For the rental accommodations the renter have to bring linen themselves, if the renter doesn't take
care of this, then he is obligated to rent a linen package on the camp-site by paying the owed rent.
RENTALS, DEPARTURE
The rental accommodation must be left behind properly. This includes all items in their original place,
clean kitchen inventory (incl. refrigerator) and that it`s 'broom clean'. Any additional cleaning (€
40,00) and/or costs for damage or breakages will be charged of the deposit. The (possibly netted)
deposit will refunded on the account as soon as possible after departure.
DEBIT CARDS / CREDITCARDS
Payments on the camp-site can only be paid in cash. There is an atm in the village La Salvetat sur
Agoût.
