Article 1 - Scope of the general conditions of sale
These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the site www.domainedesenaud.com. They are an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers.
Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and payment
The price of the stays is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are personal and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation costs.

All reservations will be made with a deposit corresponding to 40% of the price of the stay.
The balance of the stay is to be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.
For any unreported delay, the rental / pitch becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the reservation contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the reservation will be void and the total price of the stay will remain with the management of the campsite.
2.2 Modification of reservation
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to: camping Domaine de Senaud, 10 route de Saint Martin 26140 Albon or e-mail to: camping@domainedesenaud.com
- In the event of cancellation on your part:
a) More than 30 days before the start of the stay, you will be retained the administrative fees and the amount of your deposit, ie 40% of the price of the stay.
b) Less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the entire price of the stay will be acquired at the campsite.
2.4 Withdrawal
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order for a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance with the insurer Campez-Couvert GRITCHEN AFFINITY, which will allow you to be reimbursed in the event of a serious event preventing you from making your stay. In the event of cancellation for reasons incumbent on the Campsite, the customer will obtain a refund of all sums paid.
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Duration of stay
The tenant, signatory of this contract, concluded for a period which cannot in any case exceed the duration initially envisaged, will not be able under any circumstances to avail himself of any right to remain in the premises at the end of the rental period.
3.2 Number of tenants
For security and insurance reasons, each type of rental is provided for a maximum number of people, any exceeding of this capacity will be refused and will result in the termination of this contract. A baby or a child counts as a person.
3.3 Arrivals and Departures
For bare pitches: arrivals are from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., departures are made before 12 p.m. any day of the week.
For rentals: arrivals are from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., departures are from 8 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. after the inventory of fixtures (see 3.4), any day of the week.
Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Caution
A deposit per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded to you on the day of your departure, during reception opening hours, after an inventory. The invoicing of any damage will be added to the price of the stay as well as the cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail, after deduction of any costs.
3.5 Interruption of the stay
In case of interruption of the stay by the tenant, no refund will be made. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
3.6 Overshoot
Any return of the key or release of the location after 12 noon will result in the billing of an additional night.
3.7 Animals
Pets are allowed at an additional cost. They are not allowed inside mobile homes and chalets. They must be kept on a leash. First and second category dogs are prohibited.
3.8 Internal regulations
As the law requires, you must adhere to our internal regulations, deposited at the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all responsibility for damage to the equipment of the camper-caravaneer which is of its own making; insurance for your material in terms of civil liability is compulsory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC ...).
Article 5 - Intellectual property
The content of the website www.domainedesenaud.com is the property of the Service Provider and its partners and is protected by French and international laws relating to intellectual property.
Any reproduction, distribution, total or partial use of this content is strictly prohibited and is liable to constitute an offense of counterfeiting.
In addition, the Service Provider remains the owner of all intellectual property rights in the photographs, presentations, studies, drawings, models, prototypes, etc., produced (even at the Customer's request) with a view to providing the Services to the Customer. The Customer therefore refrains from any reproduction or use of said studies, drawings, models and prototypes, etc., without the express, prior written authorization of the Service Provider who may make it conditional on financial compensation.
The same applies to names, logos or more broadly any graphic or text representation belonging to the Service Provider or used and distributed by him.
Article 6 - Applicable law
These General Conditions of Sale and the operations resulting from them are governed and subject to French law. These General Conditions of Sale are written in French. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text will prevail in the event of a dispute.
Any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Grande Instance or the Commercial Court of ROMANS.
Article 7 - Pre-contractual information - customer acceptance
The Customer acknowledges having had communication, prior to placing his Order, in a readable and understandable manner, of these General Conditions of Sale and of all the information and information referred to in Articles L 111-1 to L111-7 of the Code of consumption, in addition to the information required in application of the decree of 22 October 2008 relating to the prior information of the consumer on the characteristics of rental accommodation in outdoor hotels and in particular:
- the essential characteristics of the Services, taking into account the communication medium used and the Services concerned;
- the price of the Services and ancillary costs;
- information relating to the identity of the Service Provider, its postal, telephone and electronic contact details, and its activities, if it does not appear from the context;
- information relating to legal and contractual guarantees and their implementation methods; the functionalities of the digital content and, where applicable, its interoperability;
- the possibility of resorting to conventional mediation in the event of a dispute;
- information relating to the terms of termination and other important contractual conditions.
The fact for a natural (or legal) person to order on the website www.domaindesenaud.com implies full and complete acceptance and acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale, which is expressly recognized by the Customer, who waives, in particular, to take advantage of any contradictory document, which would be unenforceable against the Service Provider.
