Die Tatsache das sie eine Anzahlung über unsere Internetseite leisten bedeutet nicht das wir Verfügbarkeiten haben. Sie erhalten innerhalb von zwei Tagen eine Antwort von uns. Sollte der Campingplatz komplett sein wird die von ihnen geleistete Anzahlung nicht abgebucht und sie erhalten eine Stornierung von unserer Seite her.


CAMPINGS TIKAYAN – GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS 2025

1.CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
1.1 Bookings can be made by mail, email or telephone. For every booking made by phone the request will be registered immediately and a booking contract will be send to you. The completed contract needs to be returned to us within 72 hours with a deposit:
CAMPSITES WITH CARAVANING PITCHES:
- Deposit of 130 € for pitches
CAMPSITES WITH ACCOMMODATION RENTAL:
- Deposit of 30% of the total amount
To this deposit, you have to add the booking fees (refer to pricelist). The person making the reservation must be aged at least 18 and be able to legally contract to these rental conditions and guarantee the truthfulness and accuracy of the information given. In addition, this person must be a participant in the stay. The rights of this contract are not transferable. Reservation requests including minors who are unaccompanied by a direct legal responsible person (father or mother) will be rejected. Our accommodations and pitches are designed for families. Therefore, reservations complying with these restrictions will be given priority.
1.2. As soon as we have received and accepted your contract and deposit, we will send you a firm and final confirmation.
1.3. The reservation is for the specified dates which may only be changed within the limits of availability.
1.4. Reservations are possible for 1, 2 or 3 nights in low season or per week in high season (the minimum length of stay as well as the days of arrival and departure may vary depending on the establishments, refer to the prices).
1.5. The capacity of each accommodation (refer to pricelist) is fixed because of insurance purposes and security. No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children).
1.6. The accommodations and the pitches are assigned based on availability and optimization of our planning. This assignment can be changed at any time before the keys to the accommodation are being handed over. Therefore, the client does not have the ability to choose a pitch or the number of one's rental accommodation in advance. No number will be communicated before the stay.
Special requests must be specified by the customer at the time of booking. Of course, we will try to satisfy request within our ability but without any guarantee. Requests after sending the booking confirmation will not be considered. Our company nevertheless reserves the right to change the type of accommodation by upgrading the type of accommodation requested if there was no specific request made at the time of booking.
1.7. Group Bookings: When bookings for more than 4 accommodations/pitches are made for the same dates by the same person or by different individuals knowing each other, the booking is considered as a group booking. To make a group reservation, you will have to send a written request by letter or by e-mail to the person in charge for group bookings of the site.

2.RATES AND PAYMENTS
2.1. Prices do not include tourist tax, eco participation or supplements (refer to pricelist).
2.2 Payment of the balance of your stay (campsites with accommodation and/or pitches):
For accommodations and pitches:
- either by bank transfer, 15 days before arrival.
- either by credit card or cash the day of arrival. (Please check your credit card limit)
2.3 The customer could pay in several times. This payment method in several times without fees is only possible if there are several months between the date of booking and the date on which the outstanding balance is due. The customer must contact the site to arrange a payment schedule and the balance must be paid 15 days or one month before arrival date, it depends on the method of payment.
2.4. Stay modification fee: Any change will be subject to the agreement of the management. For any modification of your stay (dates, accompanying persons, category, supplements), a fixed amount of 50 euros per stay will be applied, in addition to the fare difference of the stay.
2.5. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the client.
2.6. Included in the rental price: water, electricity, gas and access to the playground. All our accommodations are connected to the sewerage system.
2.7. CAMPSITES WITH CARAVAN PITCHES: The package for a pitch includes 1 tent, 1 motor home or 1 caravan, 1 car and 2 persons, access to the playground. The electricity (extra) is 10A per pitch, supplement indicated per night (refer to pricelist). For security reasons, the number of persons is limited: 6 persons per pitch maximum.

3.YOUR STAY
3.1. Arrival / Departure
3.1.1. Only those people whose names are stated on the booking contract will be allowed on the site. Any changes will have to be authorized by the camp site management team.
3.1.2. Upon arrival people should present themselves at reception in order to carry out general formalities (Payment of the rental balance and tourist tax and eco participation, reception of the wristbands). The keys of your accommodation will only be given or the access to your pitch will only be possible when the balance of your stay has been settled and you have paid the required deposit for your rental accommodation and access card.
CAMPSITES WITH ACCOMMODATION RENTAL
3.1.3 Handing over of the keys around 5 p.m. on the 1st day of rental and departure before 10 a.m. on the last day of rental. Late arrivals are possible till 10 p.m, in which case you must inform the reception by telephone before 6 p.m. Our teams do their best to prepare accommodation as quickly as possible on arrival days, however a delay in providing the keys to your accommodation may be inevitable for technical reasons, no financial compensation may be required if the keys of your accommodation are delivered to you between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
3.1.4. A deposit of 300€ will be required in cash or with Visa- Euro- or Master card upon arrival for eventual damage in the accommodation (DUO accommodation deposit (available in some campsites): €600) (Please check your credit card limit). This deposit will be refunded to the client within 3 days after departure, after the accommodation and inventory have been checked and the entrance refrigerators have to be given back cleaned accommodation must be returned in the identical state of cleanliness as on arrival or a charge of 85€ to 170€ will be retained for cleaning fee (cleaning fee may vary depending on the establishments – refer to the campsite prices). The refrigerator must be defrosted before departure, otherwise a defrosting fee will be charged*. Crockery must be cleaned, dried and stored in the cupboards, otherwise a “crockery” fee will be charged*. Garbage cans must be disposed of in the containers provided, otherwise you will be billed* for a “garbage can” charge (*see rates).
Cash deposits can only be returned to our clients after the official opening time of the reception. If customers want to vacate their accommodation before opening of the reception, they must provide a deposit by credit card or give us their bank details so we can refund the money back by bank transfer (bank fees 10€).
Disputes of deterioration observed on the accommodation or the cleaning of the accommodation not carried out by the customer will lead to an official report by a bailiff.
The report of the bailiff, photos to support, will be sent to the customer and the amount charged for the report (between € 50 and € 100) will be deducted from the deposit, in addition to any damage and cleaning costs.


PITCHES:
3.1.5. Arrival from 12p.m. and departure before 12p.m. The remaining balance is payable on your arrival (only possible to pay with credit card or cash - Please check your credit card limit. No reimbursement will be authorized if the departure is earlier than planned.
3.1.6. Security deposit: For access to the campsite entrance gates, a security deposit of €50 in cash or bank card (Visa/Eurocard/Mastercard/American Express) will be requested from each customer at the start of their stay (check the authorisation limit on your bank card, cheques not accepted). For fridge rentals, a deposit of €100 in cash or credit card (Visa/Eurocard/Mastercard/American Express) will be required (check your credit card authorisation limit, cheques not accepted). Refrigerators need to be returned in a clean condition, otherwise a charge of 27€ will be retained.
3.2. During the stay
3.2.1. Every client must comply with the internal camp site rules and must have personal civil liability insurance.
3.2.2. Any disputes arising will be referred by us to the appropriate tribunal.

4.PETS
Pets are allowed depending on the campsite (less than 10kg or up to 40kg, to be checked when booking). All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. Some campsites limit the number of animals to one maximum per accommodation (refer to pricelist). Pets should not affect the tranquility of other campers (barking). It is strictly forbidden to leave animals alone attached to the terrace or in a vehicle. Dangerous dogs of the 1st and 2nd category are formally prohibited. Dogs are not allowed on the surrounding beaches either in the swimming pool (for campsite with swimming pool).

5.CANCELLATION
5.1. Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made per letter or recommended letter to the campsite/ or email with acknowledgment of receipt) The campsite will confirm in return the cancellation of the stay and will issue a cancellation fee invoice to the client. In case of non-presentation of the customer within 24 hours after the day of arrival (and without any explication from the customer), the stay will be canceled automatically and the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
5.2. Non-refundable rate: The rates indicated in our price list are non-refundable. Down payments will be kept by the campsite. An early departure or a delayed arrival will not give rise to any refund.
5.3. Price with cancellation insurance included and customers who have subscribed to the cancellation insurance and interruption insurance: It is possible to take our cancellation insurance at the time of booking. The cancellation insurance covers in case of Serious Illness, Serious Accident or Death, Destructions of the professional premises, Theft in the professional or private premises, Redundancy, Serious vehicle damage, Complications due to pregnancy ... 5.4. Cancellation costs for a reserved supplement: if you have paid the down payment with a credit card, 1% of the amount paid will be deducted.
5.5. Withdrawal period: In accordance with the French “Code de la consommation” (alinéa 2 de l'article L. 121-20-4), the withdrawal period of 7 days is not applicable to reservations in our campsite, even if the booking was made by internet by post of by phone.

6.PRIVACY POLICIES

7.PICTURE AUTHORIZATION
You authorize without counterpart the camping to use all the support of photos of you and your children who could be taken during your stay for advertising needs of the camping. It is expressly forbidden to photograph or film a group or an individual without the permission of the persons concerned or, in the case of children, their parents.

8. PMR
People with reduced mobility are welcome at our Camping Tikayan Les Cigales: the Chicana chalets for 6 people are specially adapted for use in wheelchairs. The others TIKAYAN establishments are not equipped with bungalows for people with reduced mobility.

INTERNAL RULES OF THE CAMPSITE
1. Billboard
These internal regulations are posted either at the entrance to the campsite or at the reception desk. It is given to each customer who requests it. Everyone is required to comply with the internal rules of the campsite, civil liability insurance is compulsory for all tenants. For classified campsites, the classification category with the mention tourism or leisure and the number of tourism or leisure pitches are displayed. The prices of the various services are communicated to customers under the conditions set by order of the Minister responsible for consumption and available for consultation at the reception. In the event of a dispute, only the court attached to the company's head office will be competent.

2. Reception desk
a) Opening hours
Opening hours are indicated at the reception.
You will find all the information on:
- Campsite services (The opening hours of the campsite services are subject to change depending on the season and weather conditions).
- Information on supply possibilities, sports facilities, tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various addresses that may prove useful.
b) Wifi
A WI-FI connection is provided to clients of the camping (payable). The camping cannot be held liable for any malfunction due to the Internet Service Provider.

3. Admission and stay conditions
To be allowed to enter, settle or stay on a campsite, you must have been authorized by the manager or his representative.
Wearing the bracelet on the wrist is compulsory throughout the stay. People refusing to put on the bracelet will be refused access to the campsite. A sticker will be stuck on each vehicle.
Staying on the campsite implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. No one can take up residence there.

4. Arrivals
On arrival, people must present themselves at the reception with their identity documents and voucher in order to carry out the entry formalities to the campsite (payment of your customer account, delivery of stickers for vehicles and bracelets for all members of the group). The handing over of the keys to your accommodation will only be possible after payment of taxes, supplements and the deposit. Minors unaccompanied by their parents will only be admitted with their written permission.

5. Police formalities
In application of article R. 611-35 of the code of entry and stay of foreigners and the right of asylum in France, the manager is required to have the client of foreign nationality complete and sign, upon arrival, an individual police record. Likewise, for security reasons, the establishment is required to be able to communicate to the competent authorities at any time a list of all the customers present on the campsite, it must mention:
1 ° Names and first names
2 ° The dates and places of birth
3 ° Nationality
4 ° The usual place of residence
5 ° The registration of the vehicle(s) present

6. Capacity
Accommodations
a) The capacity of each accommodation is fixed because of insurance purposes and security (refer to the price list). No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children).
b) Camping pitches (for campsites with pitches)
The capacity of each camping pitch is 4 persons maximum, because of insurance purposes and security. No additional people will be accepted (even babies or very young children).

7. Installation
Gas bottles will not be changed between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Tents are prohibited on the rental accommodation pitches. Trailers should be parked outside the campsite, if the size of the location allows it, the price of an additional vehicle will apply. Motorhomes and caravans are not allowed to park on the rental accommodation pitches. Boat trailers are prohibited in the campsite, they must be put in the guard.

8. Swimming pool (only for equipped establishments)
All holidaymakers must respect the rules displayed at the entrance to the pool. The swimming pools of the campsite are not supervised, therefore children can only access the pools accompanied and supervised by an adult.
In accordance with legislation, shorts, diving suits, clothes and swimsuits full coverage are strictly prohibited in the swimming pool and only bathing suits are authorized. Only swimwear like swim briefs or drag suits for men and bikinis or one-piece swimsuits for women are authorized (the same for children). It is advisable to accompany and supervise children under 10 years old at the swimming pool.
Ball games / beach volleyball as well as large buoys are prohibited in the swimming pool (except in the case of activities supervised by the activity leaders). Refer to the signs at the entrance to the swimming pools.
Flotation equipment (swimming armbands or swim vest) is mandatory for children cannot swim.
Concerning the naturist campings of the Tikayan Group, in the enclosure of the swimming pool, the integral nudity is obligatory, and no attitude of voyeurism or exhibitionism or any behavior likely to shock the children or the adults will be tolerated, under penalty of expulsion of the establishment.

9. Noise and silence
Campsite users are urged to avoid all noises and discussions that could disturb their neighbors. Sound devices should be adjusted accordingly. Door and trunk closures should be as discreet as possible. There must be total silence between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. on the pitches (except near the entertainments area and restaurant).

10. Animals
Pets are allowed depending on the campsite (less than 10kg or up to 40kg, to be checked when booking). All authorized animals must have a valid health certificate upon arrival. Pets should not affect the tranquility of other campers (barking). It is strictly forbidden to leave animals alone attached to the terrace or in a vehicle. Dangerous dogs of the 1st and 2nd category are formally prohibited. Dogs and other animals should never be left free.

Insects and other little beasts are part of this vacation package. The Management is not responsible for their movements in the campsite.

12. Visitors
No visitor can access the site without registration and authorization of the reception. The visitor must present an ID card and pay the entry fee (see pricelist). Visitors will be under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Visitor's cars must be left outside the campsite. No visitor can access the pool of the campsite (for equipped campsites). The management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors. Visitors must absolutely leave the campsite before midnight.

13. Vehicle circulation and parking
Access to the campsite by car is prohibited from midnight to 7 a.m. Access will be exclusively on foot (unless otherwise stated in the general conditions of the campsite).
For safety reasons, the number of vehicles is limited (see pricelist). Additional cars must imperatively be parked outside the campsite.
Inside the campsite, vehicles must drive at a speed limited to 5 km / h. Parking should not obstruct traffic or prevent the installation of new arrivals.
The use of electric kick scooters, hoverboards, quad bikes and go-karts is only permitted on the campsite for adults. Children may use non-electrically assisted kick scooters or bicycles.
Thermal vehicles such as quad bikes, motorbikes and buggies are permitted to enter the campsite to reach their pitch. However, repeated driving is strictly forbidden, so as not to disturb other residents. In the event of non-compliance with this rule, the management reserves the right to refuse these vehicles access to the campsite.

14. Appearance of installations
Our company cannot be held responsible for nuisances specific to the establishment or to the city (works, water or electricity cuts) which would disrupt the stay of customers.
a) Green areas
The Management reserves the right to maintain the green areas of the campsite from 10am to 6pm from Monday to Saturday, using mowers and hedge trimmers to maintain the cleanliness of the campsite. Clothes drying should never be done from trees; clotheslines are available in the accommodation. Plantations and floral decorations must be respected. It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, to cut trees, to plant. Any repair of degradation committed to vegetation, fences, land or facilities of the campsite will be the responsibility of its author.
b) Water and Hygiene
Everyone is required to refrain from any action which could adversely affect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the campsite and its facilities. The pitch that will have been used during the stay must be maintained in the condition in which the camper found it on arrival.
It is not allowed to delimit the site of an installation by personal means, or to dig the ground.
It is forbidden to throw waste water on the ground or in the gutters. Customers must empty the wastewater in the facilities provided for this purpose. Washing dishes and linen is strictly prohibited outside the bins provided for this purpose.
The washing of cars, canoes, tarpaulins, boats is strictly prohibited.
Prevent children from wasting water and littering the toilet.
c) Garbage
Dustbin, waste of any kind, paper, must be placed in the common bins. They must not be left on the pitches or on the terraces of the accommodation.

15. Security : Evacuation instructions in the event of fire or flood will be given to the customer upon arrival.
a) Fire : Wood and charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited, only gas and electric barbecues are allowed.
In case of fire, notify management immediately. RIAs can be used when necessary.
b) Theft : The management is responsible for items left at the office and cannot be held responsible for any thefts in the campsite. The camper retains responsibility for his own installation. Customers are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.
c) Surveillance
The campsite is placed under video surveillance, for the safety of people and property. The images will be kept indefinitely.
d) Weather warnings
The campsite reserves the right to close some campsite services in order to protect the safety of its customers, in particular the swimming pool in the event of a storm warning, and any other service whose weather could endanger the safety of people.

16. Games
No violent or annoying games can be organized near the facilities.

17. Dead garage
Equipment may not be left unoccupied on the ground, only after agreement from management and only at the location indicated. This service may be chargeable.

18. Electric vehicles
The campsite does not have charging points for electric vehicles, and it is forbidden to connect electric vehicles to the sockets in the accommodation and pitches.

19. Fishing/hunting (for campsites by the river or lake)
Local legislation will be communicated on request at the reception, a fee or fishing card may be required depending on the establishment. It is forbidden to hunt game of any kind by any means.

20. Terms of departure
Customers are invited to notify the reception desk of their departure the day before it. Customers intending to leave before the opening time of the reception desk must complete their departure formalities the day before.

21. Breach of internal regulations : In the event that a resident disrupts the stay of other users or does not comply with the provisions of these internal regulations, the manager or his representative may orally or in writing, if he deems it necessary, give notice to stop the disturbances.
In the event of a serious or repeated breach of the internal regulations and after formal notice by the manager to comply with them, the manager may terminate the contract without reimbursement of the nights not consumed.
In the event of a criminal offense, the manager may call the French Police.

22. Complaints / Médiation
a) Complaints: Complaints can only be considered when made during the stay and on site, in no case any later or after the stay. Any dispute arising will be referred to the appropriate authorities. Any complaints about the stay should be made to the campsite reception in order to resolve the problem as soon as possible. Secondly you can confirm by email to: reclamation@tikayan.fr or write to the campsite reception, this must be received within a maximum period of 8 days after the return date. No complaints will be processed if they have not been mentioned during the stay at the campsite.
b) Mediation : In the event of a dispute with one of the establishments in our group, you may contact us in the following way:
