RESERVATION CONDITIONS
- The reservation becomes effective only with the agreement of the campsite, after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the reservation contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale when booking online.
- Any reservation incurs a 10€ booking fee (acquired by the campsite and non-refundable in case of cancellation).
- The number of people displayed per accommodation and per pitch must not be exceeded (babies and children included). The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to the campsite to groups with a number of participants exceeding the indicated capacity.
- The reservation is nominative, it is forbidden to sublet or transfer to a third party.

RATES
The services offered by the campsite are provided at the current rate on the website www.camping-4saisons.fr. The price of the services is indicated in euros, including VAT and excluding tourist tax. The prices indicated are valid for the current year.
- Pitches
The basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or motor home for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and reception facilities.
- Accommodation
For accommodation, the rates for the stay include water, electricity and gas, free access to the common infrastructures, as well as the use of the rented accommodation in accordance with the estimate with all the facilities specific to this accommodation as indicated on the campsite's website at the time of the reservation request.

TERMS OF PAYMENT
- For bookings made more than 30 days before the start of the stay, a deposit of 25% of the amount of the services booked must be paid at the time of booking.
The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay at the campsite. After this deadline, any stay that has not been paid for may be considered as cancelled, and the deposit will be retained by the campsite.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, cash and ANCV holiday cheques (in full with the stub).

NO RIGHT OF RETRACTION
According to article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the sale of hosting services provided on a specific date, or according to a specific periodicity, is not subject to the provisions relating to the 14-day withdrawal period.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE MODALITIES
- Accommodation rentals start at 3:00 pm and end at 10:00 am.
**On account of the special sanitary measures linked to covid-19, the arrival and departure times for the rentals may be modified as follows: arrival from 4pm to 7pm, departure until 9am.**
- Rental of pitches starts at 14.00 and ends at 12.00.
- Any release of accommodation or pitch made after the above times will result in the invoicing of an additional night at the current rate.
- Campers must imperatively go to the reception desk at arrival and for departure in order to fill in the obligatory entry and exit formalities.

DEPOSIT AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR ACCOMMODATION RENTALS
Tenants must present themselves at the reception desk as soon as they arrive with their identity card. The key will then be given to them after payment of a 150€ deposit.
Sheets and household linen are not provided in the accommodation. However, it is possible to rent sheets at the campsite.
The equipment of each rental is subject to a quantified inventory, the tenant is required to check it and report any anomaly to the reception office within 4 hours of arrival.
The day before departure, the tenant must make an appointment with the reception office for inventory of fixtures exit.
On departure, the cleaning must be done, the dishes must be clean, wiped and put away, the fridge must be defrosted and cleaned, and the rubbish bins must have been thrown away.
If these conditions are met and no damage or breakage is found, the deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.

ANIMALS
Animals are accepted in the campsite (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) for a fee. They must be kept on a leash at all times. They are prohibited from swimming-pool areas, in food shops, and in the buildings. . The vaccination booklet for dogs and cats must be up to date.
A supplement of 10 € per blanket can be applied for cleaning inherent to the animal's presence.

LATE ARRIVAL
The campsite must be notified in writing (email or mail) of any possible delay by the customer, in order to keep the rental (pitch or accommodation). If there is no news from the client 24 hours after the planned arrival date, the campsite reserves the right to dispose of the pitch/accommodation planned.
No refund or reduction will be given by the campsite in the case of a late arrival. The payment of the totality of the nights booked is due in full to the campsite.

CANCELLATION, INTERRUPTION OF STAY
- Cancellation and Interruption Insurance
The campsite proposes to the customer to subscribe an optional cancellation and interruption insurance Campez Couvert when booking, with the insurer Gritchen Toledo and Associates. The insurance must be taken out and paid for in full at the time of booking.
The insurer undertakes to reimburse the client for all or part of the stay (excluding booking fees) in the event of an event preventing the stay or requiring its interruption. The general terms and conditions are available on request from the campsite or on www.campez-couvert.com.
The customer must imperatively notify the campsite by mail or e-mail as soon as the event preventing the stay or requiring its interruption occurs. The customer must also notify the insurer in writing of any loss likely to result in a cover within 10 working days (reduced to two working days in case of theft).
- Cancellation and interruption of stay due to the camper's fault
In the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay without taking out insurance, or outside the conditions covered by the insurance (if the customer has taken out insurance), all sums paid by the customer will be retained and no reimbursement will be made by the campsite.
- Cancellation and interruption of stay due to the campsite
In the event of cancellation and interruption of the stay due to the campsite, except in the case of force majeure (see paragraph Cases of force majeure), the stay will be fully refunded. However, this cancellation shall not give rise to the payment of damages.

CASES OF FORCE MAJEURE
The campsite declines all responsibility for disturbances, interruptions or impediments to the stay caused by events that could be qualified as force majeure.
Force majeure is qualified by any event beyond the campsite's control which could not reasonably be foreseen at the time of the conclusion of the contract and whose effects cannot be avoided by appropriate measures.
The following are understood as force majeure: weather conditions preventing the performance of the service, acts of any civil or military authority, in fact or il law, war, mobilisation, revolt, total or partial strike, fire or flood, administrative closure, accidents, riots, interruption or delay of means of transport, caused by any third party, including the customer, or any other circumstance having an external cause and directly preventing it, this list being non-exhaustive. Any event meeting the definition may be qualified as force majeure. In the event of the occurrence of an event qualified as force majeure, the campsite reserves the right to suspend its obligations, without any prejudice or claim for damages being imputable to it. If the event of force majeure is only temporary, the obligation is suspended, unless the delay which results from it can be attributed to the campsite.

RESPONSIBILITY
- The Management is responsible of the order and the proper functioning of the campsite. It has the duty to punish serious breaches of the rules and if necessary, to expel their authors.
- All persons present on the campsite must read and respect the Internal Regulation. Failure to comply with them may lead to permanent exclusion without refund or compensation.
- The campsite management cannot be held responsible for theft, damage or accidents to the personal property, equipment or vehicles of the client during his stay. The client is required to take out insurance to cover this risk.
- The client is responsible for any disturbances that may occur on the pitch he occupies or in the accommodation he rents during his stay. The campsite cannot be held responsible in this respect. Visitors are under the entire responsibility of the client who welcomes them.

APPLICABLE LAW
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and the operations arising therefrom are governed and subject to French law. In the event that they are translated into one or more foreign languages, only the French text shall be deemed authentic in the event of a dispute.

IMAGE RIGHTS
During his stay, the customer can be photographed and/or filmed as part of the campsite's promotion and entertainment. The simple fact of accepting the GCS implies the agreement to use these images and videos on the various advertising media of the campsite (paper or internet) for a period of 5 years. This authorisation applies both to the customer who has made the reservation and to the people staying with him, and may in no way damage their reputation.
In the event of refusal, the client must expressly notify the reception office at arrival.

DISPUTES
In the event of any difficulty arising in regard to the interpretation, validity and execution of these General Terms and Conditions and of any operation relating, and only after having refer the matter to the campsite management in writing, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint that the customer will have sent to the campsite by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.

All disputes that could not be resolved between the campsite and the customer will be submitted to the courts of Romans (Drôme), the place where the service was provided.

DATA PROTECTION AND FREEDOM OF INFORMATION LAW
The information communicated at the time of the order will not be transmitted to any third party. This information will be considered by the campsite as confidential. It will only be used by the campsite's internal services for administrative and commercial management purposes.
In accordance with the French law on information technology and freedom of 6 January 1978, the customer has the right to access, rectify and oppose any personal data concerning him/her.

EXTRACTS FROM THE INTERNAL REGULATION:
- There must be complete silence between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
- It is not possible to enter and/or leave the campsite by vehicle between 10 pm and 7 am in low season and 11 pm and 7 am in high season.
- Children must be under the permanent supervision of their parents.
- Swimming shorts are strictly forbidden in the aquatic area, as well as all food and drink.
