The bungalows or chalets are hired out to a specific number of people. Any extra persons will be charged according to the price per person in use in the tariffs.
- 25% of the total amount deposit and booking-fee 126 euros should be paid as soon as you receive the booking contract, and sent to us with a copy of the contract within 10 days. The deposit will be deducted from the total payment due, but will not refunded by the campsite should cancellation occur less than 30 days before the expected dates of arrival. the booking-fee cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
the balance for the entire holiday which correspond to 378 euros, should be paid at your arrival at the campsite. No reduction will be made in the case of a late arrival or early departure.
The bungalows, chalets should be left in the same state of cleanliness as on your arrival. Where this is not the case, the tenant will be asked to pay the sum of 45 € cleaning charges. Any damage done to the accomodation or its equipement will be repaired immediately at the tenant’s cost. The inventory drawn up at the end of the holiday should correspond exatly to the one drawn up at the beginning ; any missing items must be paid for the tenant.
- In line with article 7, a damages depostit is payable by the tenant, 200 € This will be returned on the day of departure, less any deduction necessary for repair of the accomodation. This deposit does not represent the maximum sum the tenant could be asked to pay, should the repairs prove to be more costly.
Domestic animals well cared , kept on a lead with a health record are welcome.
- The tenant must be insured against civil responsability.
- In case of litigation, only the commercial court of the local area will be competent.
