GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE - CAMPING BARETOUS PYRENEES
BOOKING: All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit of 30% for rentals and 60 € for pitches, and booking fee of 20 €.Your reservation is final as soon as it has been confirmed in writing by us.
All bookings are personal, made by a person of at least 18 years old and participant in the stay. It is forbidden to sublet or assign to a third party.The balance of the rental stay must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival date. Full payment is due for all rentals less than one month prior to arrival.- The balance of the stay in location will be settled at your camping au site on the minimum basis of the terms of the contract; Changes in addition to the contract (additional person, animal for example) will be paid at the same time.
CANCELLATION OF STAY (without subscription to cancellation insurance): Any cancellation of stay will not give rise to any refund. For any stay canceled before the date of arrival, the totality of the paid sums will remain acquired with the camping (deposit and expenses of reservation). When the stay is started, the total price of the stay remains acquired at the campsite, there is no refund possible whatever the reason. Without news from you 48 hours after the date of arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled without you being able to claim any compensation. In the event of cancellation for reasons incumbent on the company managing the campsite, the customer will obtain the refund of all the sums paid.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE: The campsite Barétous Pyrénées offers you a Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity agrees to refund all or part of the stay to our holidaymakers. In case of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal upon the occurrence of an event preventing your departure by mail or email. If the claim is provided in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
Cost of insurance: it represents 4% of the cost of the stay (excluding booking fees and tourist tax).You must be insured in civil liability: A certificate can be requested upon arrival.
PROVIDING THE RENT: The bare reserved pitch is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival, and must be released before 10am the day of your departure. The number of people allowed on the same campsite is limited to 6 people.
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday in July and August. It is available from 4pm on the day of your arrival, and must be released before 10am the day of your departure. Initially,6 any return of key after 11am will result in the billing of an additional night. Outside this period, you can rent at the weekend. All participants must be counted including young children. No additional person will be accepted in the rental if the capacity of reception does not foresee it.
The check out leaving the rentals is done on the day of departure in the presence of the holidaymakers, between 8am and 10am, fixed the day of arrival according to the available time slots. However, the time of the check out can also be set beforehand by email.
For your hygiene, we specify that all our rental are equipped with mattress and disposable pillowcases.
In the chalets, lodge tents and Mobile Home Prestige, a kit of sheets is kindly provided for each of the beds for the duration of your stay. Any change of sheets will be charged 7 € for the adult bed and 6 € for the child bed. For the hirings of our chalets during the winter period, it is included a consumption of electricity of 15 kwh / day. Any daily exceedance will result in an additional charge of 0.50 € / kwh.
CAUTIONS: The deposits (300 € for the rental and 80 € for the cleaning fees) are preferably established in 2 checks. They must be returned at the same time as the balance of the rental. The deposits are the guarantee of a clean and in good condition. An inventory is at your disposal in the rent for any control. These deposits are returned no later than 8 days after the end of the stay subject to missing or damaged equipment and the return of a tidy and perfectly clean accommodation. The customer will have 48 hours to report any failure or breakage.
You have the possibility to entrust us with your end-of-stay cleaning. In this case, only the dishes will be washed and stored in the cupboards. For our organization, you will choose this option upon your arrival and it will be charged at 80 €.
Other guarantees for all locations: Beep or badge of the entry barrier: 20 €.
Only for camping pitches: 20€ deposit for the loan of the European catch 40 € for the extension cord.
RESPONSIBILITY: The responsibility of the campsite BARETOUS-PYRENEES is not engaged in case of theft, loss, damage of any kind during or after a stay, breakdown or decommissioning of technical equipment. Similarly, no responsibility will be retained against the campsite in the practice of sports activities or not in case of injury, illness ... of the client. The management is only responsible for objects deposited in the office. No refund is possible if the aquatic services are closed for reasons beyond our control (bad weather, water quality,)
TAXES OF STAY: The taxes of stay instituted by the Municipality are not included in our tariffs. They are collected per person over 18 years and per day, from January 1st to December 31st at a rate of € 0.65.
CLAUDE ATTRIBUTIVE OF JURISDICTION: The possible disputes will be the exclusive competence of a district court.
SHOOTING: During your stay, you can be photographed or filmed and appear in our next commercials for no consideration and no time limit. In case of refusal, you must notify it by registered letter before your arrival or express it in writing on the notebook available at the reception.
INTERNAL RULES: In order to facilitate the progress of your holidays, the rules of procedure are at your disposal at the reception and previously available on our website. Each person staying on the campsite agrees to take cognizance of it, to apply it and to respect it (adults and children).
Consumer mediation: In accordance with the provisions of Article L 612-1 of the Consumer Code, every customer of the campsite has the right to free use of a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute who would oppose it to the operator of the land. They are kept by the campsite BARETOUS-PYRENEES and are in no way transmitted to a third party. This information is considered confidential. They are accessible and used only by us for the processing of your order, send information and offers, to strengthen and personalize the communication and the offer of services reserved to customers according to your centers of interests. They are kept for a maximum of 3 years.
In accordance with the regulations in force, you can exercise the following rights: • permission to access,

Reception hours:
Summer season: Saturday from 8h to 11h and from 15h to 19h, from Sunday to Friday from 8h30 to 12h30 and from 14h30 to 19h. Other periods: Monday to Saturday from 9h to 12h and 15h00 to 18h. Closed Wednesday afternoon and Sunday.
Pool: Unsupervised, children stay under the supervision and responsibility of their parents. Children under 6 years old not accompanied by an adult are not allowed. The access to the swimming pool is free and the respect of the displayed recommendations is de rigueur. Swim shorts and slippers are not allowed in ponds (underpants or boxers allowed). To respect this place and the quality of water, it is forbidden to enter with shoes, food, balloons, air mattresses, radios and cigarettes. Access to and use of the swimming pool is subject to a specific regulation applicable from the date of its entry into service, namely 1 July 2000. The use of the swimming pool is strictly prohibited for persons outside the campsite, including visitors.
Children's playgrounds: Children are under the responsibility and supervision of their parents. Please respect the age ranges listed on the games.
Television / wifi: the campsite is not responsible for the disturbance on the reception of the television channels, as well as for the reception of the wifi.
Pets: (with supplement, to see the tariffs of the camp-site): One single animal is accepted by place, on request during the reservation and after acceptance of the direction, on presentation at the arrival of the note of vaccination to day. These must be kept on a leash at all times and are not accepted in public places frequented by holidaymakers (swimming pool, grocery store, toilets, entertainment room ...). They should not be left alone in cars, caravan, tent or rental. Dogs of 1st and 2nd category are strictly forbidden. Needs must be made outside the campsite. Otherwise, the soil will be removed by their masters. For obvious reasons of hygiene, they are not admitted in the rooms of the locatives. Other animals (NAC) are strictly prohibited in the campsite.
Cleanliness: The team remains vigilant in terms of hygiene for your wellbeing and the aesthetics of the campsite and its equipment: please respect the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the camp, the location will always be maintained in perfect condition. Parents must keep their children under their supervision, accompany them and help them in toilets, showers and prevent them from playing. They must never be alone, sanitary and playgrounds.
Garbage cans: Put your trash bags in the room at the entrance of the campsite and do not forget the sorting, drop your bottles of glasses, packaging and magazines in the containers provided for this purpose.
Security: Open fires are prohibited. The reception offers barbecue rental (see prices).
Silence: The silence must be total between 23h and 8h. The traffic of the vehicles is limited to 10 km / h and is prohibited in the camping between 22h30 and 8h. In case of non-respect of the neighborhood, the managers will be expelled without refund. The use of sound devices should not be perceived beyond the perimeter of each location.
Visitors: When the reception is open, each visitor is welcome but must come to the reception to pay his or her scheduled fee.
No visitors are allowed to enter the campsite, unless authorized by management.

In all cases, their vehicles will have to park outside the campsite and access to the swimming pool is prohibited.
