GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE of the Camping Les Tourterelles
All rentals are nominative. The person who makes the reservation must be of age. The requests for reservation including minor children not accompanied by a direct legal person in charge (father, mother, or grandparents) will be refused.
In the description, the client is informed of the maximum number of beds for each rental. This number is understood to be all persons declared on the contract (including babies). The accommodation cannot be occupied by more than the number of people stated in the contract. The management reserves the right to deny access to the campsite to unregistered persons.
The reservation of a camping pitch or a furnished accommodation becomes effective only with our agreement (check of the availabilities...) and after payment of a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay, increased by the booking fees which are not deductible from the invoice nor refundable in case of cancellation, as well as the contribution for the cancellation insurance insofar as this one is subscribed, accompanied by the completed and signed rental contract.
Upon arrival, all tenants must pay the balance of their stay (for all reservations made less than one month before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be required) and present themselves at the reception desk with their reservation confirmation and be given the number of their pitch or the keys to their accommodation.
A pitch is available on the day of arrival from 3pm, and must be vacated on the day of departure before 10am. In case of overflow, an additional night will be charged. The maximum number of persons accepted on a same pitch is 6.
The furnished rentals are to be taken possession of after 3 pm and until 7 pm, and returned on the day of departure before 10 am.
A deposit of 300€ is required on arrival. It is returned at departure, after deduction of any damage. A cleaning fee of 80€ will be requested in case the rental is not returned in a perfect state of cleanliness at the end of the stay, the cleaning being at the tenant's charge.
Only one vehicle is allowed on the pitches. In the same way, no canvas structure will be accepted on the pitches of the rental accommodations, in addition to sleeping or extra sleeping.
Each rental includes all kitchen and table equipment as well as bedding, pillows, blankets and comforters. The tenant will have to provide himself with pillowcases, fitted sheets, flat sheets or comforter covers, bathroom linen, kitchen linen, cleaning products. The equipment of each rental is subject to an inventory. The tenant is required to check it on arrival and to report any anomaly within a maximum of 3 days. The client is responsible for any broken or damaged object and for any damage that could result from it or be caused to the installations. Any breakage, loss or damage to an object during the stay must be reported in order to ensure the replacement of this object and may be charged.
The inventory of fixtures will be done by appointment on the day of departure, between 8 and 9:50 am. For any departure outside of these times, the deposits will be returned by mail.
With the exception of 1st and 2nd category dogs, which are strictly forbidden on the campsite, pets are accepted (2 maximum on a campsite pitch, and one maximum in the rentals) only under the following conditions:
The animal must be tattooed and vaccinated (health record requested upon arrival)
The animal must be tied up on the pitch, kept on a leash in the campsite, and its faeces managed by the owner
The animal must not climb on the benches or beds
The animal must not be left alone on a pitch or in a rental unit in the absence of its owners
Failure to comply with these conditions will be subject to a formal notice. In the event of non-compliance, the rental of the pitch or accommodation may be terminated.
All cancellations must be made in writing (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or email).
In case of cancellation of a chalet or mobile home rental:
o Cancellation made more than 60 days before the scheduled date: Refund of the deposit.
o Cancellation made between 60 days and 45 days before the scheduled date: No refund of the deposit.
o Cancellation made less than 45 days before the scheduled date: No refund of the deposit and the amount of the stay is due.
In case of cancellation of a campsite rental:
o Cancellation made more than 45 days before the scheduled date: Refund of the deposit.
o Cancellation made less than 45 days before the scheduled date: No refund of the deposit and the amount of the stay is due.
The same conditions would apply to the campsite that would cancel the reservation made by the customer.In case of late arrival or early departure, in camping pitches as well as in rental accommodation, no reduction will be granted, the stay will be charged until the end of the contractual date.
If the campsite does not inform you of the availability of a pitch or accommodation, it will become available again the day after the planned date of arrival. Any unused service will not be refunded.
The Management of the Camping Les Tourterelles will not be held responsible for any damage or theft of personal belongings in the rental accommodation or on the campsite pitches or parking lots, insofar as these events are not attributable to it. It will be the same for fortuitous cases of force majeure or nuisance disrupting, interrupting, or preventing the stay.
We remind you that children are under the responsibility of their parents or legal guardians and must therefore remain under their supervision throughout the stay, including on the playgrounds.
The client must check that he/she has taken out comprehensive and civil liability insurance.
The client agrees to use the site or the rented accommodation without damaging it, or disturbing the peace of the neighborhood, and will be required to comply with the provisions of the internal regulations which can be consulted and accessed at the reception as well as on our website [SITE_WEB_CAMPING]
A formal notice will be issued, which may lead to an immediate termination of the rental without compensation if not respected, in case of :
Nuisance (noise...) or damage to the facilities
Non-respect of the conditions of acceptance of domestic animals
Number of occupants higher than the announced capacity (person or animal in addition, not declared).
In the event of a dispute, and after having referred the matter to the establishment's customer service, any client of the campsite may refer the matter to a consumer ombudsman, within a maximum of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter to the operator.
