1. BOOKING
Reservations can only be made by sending a completed reservation form by e-mail, on the website or by telephone.
2. PAYMENTS
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 50% of the total amount is immediately due. Payment of the balance must be received by the campsite 6 weeks before the date of arrival. For bookings of less than 6 weeks, the full amount must be paid at the same time as the booking. If payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee or cancel the booking.
3. PRICES
The prices quoted are confirmed and locked on receipt of the booking confirmation, unless the traveller changes the dates of stay, the number of people or the category of accommodation requested. The campsite reserves the right to modify taxes in the event of a change in government or VAT.
4. DEPOSIT
We may ask for a deposit for the rental of accommodation. If this is the case, the customer must fill in a form with their bank details after their departure. If the accommodation is returned in good condition, with a full inventory and no damage, the campsite will refund the deposit within 5 days using the online payment method or by bank transfer. Under no circumstances will the refund be made in cash. The currency is the euro (€).
5. CHANGES TO A CONFIRMED BOOKING
Modifications involving partial cancellation (for example, reduction of the period booked) are subject to the cancellation conditions in this section. All modifications will be subject to a modification fee.
6. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Campsite: The pitch may be occupied from 13:00 and must be vacated and left clean by 11:30.
Rental accommodation: The accommodation you have rented is available from 3.30pm. Please arrive during opening hours. Within one hour of your arrival, you must notify reception of any imperfections and/or missing inventory. On the day of departure, the accommodation must be left clean and tidy by 10.30 a.m.
7. CANCELLATION
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge within 2 days of confirmation, except for reservations made within 6 weeks (42 days) of arrival.
In the event of cancellation between 3 days after the date of confirmation of the reservation and 6 weeks (42 days) before arrival, 50% of the total rent will be charged.
In the event of cancellation between 6 weeks (42 days) and 1 week (7 days) prior to arrival, 90% of the total rental price will be charged.
In the event of cancellation between one week (6 days) prior to arrival and the day of arrival (or no-show), the full rental price will be charged.
No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.
Cancellation request must be written. If the cancellation is made by telephone, the campsite will send you an e-mail directly after the telephone conversation.
8. LIABILITY/ RULES OF CONDUCT
The owner of the company, the manager and the staff cannot be held personally liable for the actions of the company.
The campsite cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury caused to or by the users of the accommodation offered by the campsite, however such damage or injury may have occurred. Participation in activities organised by the campsite or by third parties is at your own risk.
Campers or users of rental accommodation must comply with the rules of conduct that the manager wishes to see respected by the guests present on his site.
Any camper or user of rented accommodation who causes a nuisance or inconvenience may, after a warning, be removed from the accommodation or campsite, without any refund of payments.
Statements made by members of staff of Arden Parks campsites, in any capacity whatsoever, concerning the liability of the campsite are not binding on the Arden Parks group.
Small pets (1 maximum) are only allowed in rental accommodation with the prior written agreement of the campsite. It is forbidden to leave pets unattended in rented accommodation. The pet owner is responsible for any damage or contamination.
