GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1: A mobile home rental is effective only after having duly paid the deposit requested on the latter to SAS CAAC.
Article 2: The payment of a deposit commits you to accept all the general terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3: The contract may only be terminated in the event of force majeure by a mediator. In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the establishment's customer service, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, to the operator. Article 4: In the event of termination of contract, the deposit will be retained.
Article 5: It is possible to take out cancellation insurance. This can only be taken out when booking the stay. This will not take into account booking fees and tourist taxes; proof must be provided for a full refund. In the event of cancellation without proof, only 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
Article 6: You must clean the rental accommodation upon departure and return the key to reception or to the key box. If a failure to comply with these obligations is found, a cleaning fee of €70 will be charged.
Article 7: In the event of cancellation due to force majeure, the booker is not required to pay the full balance of the stay.
Article 8: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
Article 9: The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of a deposit payment of 30% of the amount determined on the contract.
Article 10: The total amount of the stay is fully payable on the day of arrival at the campsite and 30 days before your arrival date for mobile home rentals in the event of payment by check. No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
Article 11: For any changes to the dates of stay, the same mobile home cannot be guaranteed.
Article 12: All customers are required to comply with the provisions of the site's internal regulations, otherwise exclusion without request for reimbursement will be made.
Article 13: The supervision of minors by their parents or guardians is mandatory, the management of the campsite declines all responsibility in the event of an accident.
Article 14: The supervision of visitors is the responsibility of the campers who receive them, they must make themselves known to reception.
Article 15: Dogs or cats are accepted if their vaccinations are up to date, if they are kept on a leash, they must not be left in the rental, dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories are prohibited.
Article 16: The holiday village declines all responsibility in the event of theft or incident falling under the civil liability of the camper.
GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION
In the event of non-subscription of the cancellation insurance, the payments made are lost.
