GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
I.I BOOKING A RENTAL
1. Reservation request : The reservation request must be completed and returned to us.
2. Payment of a deposit : At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay is required. This deposit must accompany the reservation request.
3. Confirmation : The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the deposit and the reservation request. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer.
As this is an accommodation service, customers are reminded that they have no right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
The rental is personal, it is forbidden to sublet the accommodation or to transfer the rental contract to a third party.
Reservations cannot be made by minors. The offer to make a mobile home available is valid only in respect of a person of legal age.
4. Payment in full : The balance of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival upon receipt of the invoice.
5. Guarantee : On arrival, a deposit of €500 is required for each property: this covers the condition of the property, its equipment and cleanliness. It can be paid by bank imprint or postal cheque.
6. Civil liability insurance : Your civil liability insurance covers you during your stay.
II. GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
II.I MOBILE HOME :
1. Rates include :
- rental of the chosen model for the number of people,
- parking of a vehicle (car type) close to the chosen mobile home,
- water and electricity consumption. It is forbidden to connect an electric vehicle to a socket in a dwelling/site.
- use of the Mobil-Home's interior and exterior equipment: refrigerator, crockery, gas hob, garden furniture, bedding and all other elements of the Mobil-Home.

2. Deposit / Inventory of fixtures :
- The entry inventory of fixtures is carried out by the customer. You must report any anomalies as soon as possible.
- Outgoing inventory of fixtures: depending on the satisfactory state of cleanliness (see sheet inside the accommodation) and if no damage has been noted, the deposit will be released in full after the inventory of fixtures has been drawn up by both parties after the customer's stay (the outgoing inventory of fixtures will be carried out by our teams), i.e. a maximum of 8 days after the customer's departure. In the event of unsatisfactory cleaning, part of the deposit will be cashed.If equipment is missing or damaged, all or part of the deposit may be retained.
4. Length of stay and opening hours: In low season, minimum stay of 2 nights, and minimum stay of 7 days in July and August, arrivals from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm / departures from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
Guests arriving before the agreed date and time will not be able to take possession of the rental unless prior agreement has been given by the management. Any rental not vacated by 10:30 a.m. will give rise to an additional charge corresponding to the payment of one night's stay, except in cases of force majeure.In such cases, the campsite operator must justify the loss suffered (loss of opportunity to rent the property in the following period, rental request that could not be met due to the unavailability of the property, etc.).
Outside July and August, special arrangements are made for arrival days and length of stay. These arrangements are communicated by the campsite, on the website or by e-mail.
5.Rules and regulations: All guests must comply with the campsite's rules and regulations. These rules are posted inside the accommodation and at reception.
II.II INFORMATION ON PETS :
Pets are accepted at the current rate, provided that basic rules of hygiene are observed. A daily supplement will be charged.
Pets are admitted subject to :
- They must be vaccinated and tattooed, and their vaccination certificate must be presented on arrival at the campsite.
- Wearing a collar with precise identification of the owner (surname, first name, address, telephone number and campsite number).
- For safety reasons, pets must be kept on a leash both on the rented pitch and throughout the campsite.
- Only one pet per accommodation
The only animals allowed are :
- Dogs (except category 1 and 2 dogs) weighing up to 13 kg
- Cats
III.DELAY, INTERRUPTION OF STAY, CANCELLATION OF STAY.
III.I DELAY
1. In principle, all rentals must be occupied before 7pm on the day of arrival specified on your contract. Booked dates are due in full.
2. Any delay caused by traffic during the high season must be reported to the campsite reception by telephone to the management during the campsite's opening hours. For organizational reasons, no telephone messages will be taken into account.
III.II INTERRUPTING YOUR STAY:
1.Except in cases of force majeure, no reimbursement will be made for any stay that is interrupted, shortened or subject to early departure on your part.
Booked dates are due in full.
2. Any interruption to your stay must be notified in writing (by post - registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and/or letter delivered by hand to the campsite management and/or email - with acknowledgement of receipt in reply from the campsite). For organizational reasons, no telephone messages can be taken at the campsite reception.
III.III CANCELLATION OF YOUR STAY*
1. Any stay cancelled by you will give rise to :
- In the event of cancellation 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit paid at the time of booking will be retained as compensation for breach of contract.
- In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit paid at the time of booking is retained and you are liable for the full amount of your stay as compensation for breach of contract.
2. Cancellations must be made in writing (by post - registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt and/or e-mail - with acknowledgement of receipt in reply from the campsite). For organizational reasons, no telephone messages can be taken at the campsite reception.
3. Mediation
In accordance with article L. 612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer, subject to article L.612.2 of the French Consumer Code, has the option of using the AME conso mediation service.This establishment has designated SAS Médiation Solution as its consumer mediation body.
