CAMPSITE CONTRACT CONDITIONS:
1. The contract confirms the dates agreement and the paid deposit of 50% of the total amount, the tenant commits to occupy the space at the set date,
failing to do so would result in the cancelation of the space and the deposit would be retained.
2. Started period shall be paid in its entirety.
3. The tenant has to pay the entirety of the stay 30 days prior to arrival.
4. Upon arrival by cash or check 150€ deposit will be asked as material insurance (trailer, cottages and safari tents ).
5. Upon arrival by cash or check the tourist tax of 0.20€/day/person will be asked.
6. Cancellation over 30 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be forfeited.
7. Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival, or in case of a no show, the full amount of the rent will be kept as collateral.
8. The rent is strictly nominative and will be applied to the amount of persons.
9.Any stay overrun will be worth breach of contact,an internal rules booklet (good to know) is available in your accommodation.
10. Authorized: small pets - categorie 1 & 2 dogs are forbidden.
11. Your guests for a day will have to pay the day price camp guest, times: 10am to 10pm.
12. Your booking will be finalized when we receive the deposit.
13. Warm water in the showers and a the dish washin spots is free.
14. Payment methods: Cash, check, bank transfer or credit card.
BED AND BREAKFAST CONTRACT CONDITIONS:
