Terms of Sales
1. Object
These Terms and Conditions SARL TIKITI have to define the respective obligations of the CLIENT SARL TIKITI and under selling STAY proposed SARL TIKITI on SITE. They replace any previous document governing this type of sale including special conditions. Any derogation must be a prior written consent of SARL TIKITI.
2 - Definitions
When used in the present conditions in capital letters, the following terms shall have the meanings SARL TIKITI Seller, SARL with a capital of 1000 Euros, RCS Ajaccio B 793 920 687, whose headquarters is located Camping TIKITI 20110 Propriano, Corsica
CLIENT (S) Retail Clients.
STAY (S): Rental Stays designed by SARL TIKITI and sold on the site to non-business customers in the territory of the European Economic Area.
SITE: Website SARL TIKITI.
3 - Order
Any order made on the SITE STAY implies express and irrevocable acceptance by the CUSTOMER Rates and Terms and Conditions SARL TIKITI.
The CLIENT declares to have read and irrevocably accepted the Terms and Conditions SARL TIKITI before placing his order, by checking the corresponding box. The validation of the order is possible only after having checked this box. The order is definitively recorded at the last validation of the order payment screen, summarizing all the elements of the order. From that last click of acceptance, the order is considered irrevocable. It will be finally validated by the receipt of the first deposit.
The rules of the campsite and the pool are part of the conditions of sale.
The Customer will then receive a confirmation email, which contains the name and telephone number of TIKITI SARL, details and the order number, and the terms of payment and performance of the service. The final formation of the sales contract takes effect at the time of issue of this confirmation by SARL TIKITI.
Orders are processed in the order in which they are actually received. After settlement of STAY, SARL TIKITI deliver to the CUSTOMER by mail or email an invoice worth voucher. The CLIENT will bestow the bill on arrival at the campsite to have its STAY.
4 - Availability
Each proposed stay is available in limited availability and can be booked. However, SARL TIKITI reserves within 3 business days from placing the order to reverse the booking if the stay had become unavailable, following exceptional and changes beyond its control, especially when camping could not make available the breaks. SARL TIKITI inform the CUSTOMER by email within 3 days. The CUSTOMER may then cancel or exchange an order.
5 - Cancellation and modification STAY
Any request CLIENT modification or cancellation must reach STAY SARL TIKITI by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The following deadlines quoted are from the date of receipt of the confirmation email. The cancellation or modification will result STAY perception at least the following:
- More than 30 days before arrival:
30% of the total price for the amount of the deposit + booking fee.
- Less than 30 days before arrival:
From 30 to 15 days before arrival:
50% of the price of the stay + the booking fee.
From 14 to 8 days before arrival:
75% of the price of the stay + the booking fee.
Less than 8 days before arrival:
100% of the amount + the booking fee.
If SARL TIKITI would be obliged to cancel the ROOM, the Customer will be notified by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, and offer, subject to availability, a STAY of a comparable cost. In case of refusal of the CLIENT, the amounts paid by the Customer will be refunded at the latest within thirty days of payment. The CLIENT will receive compensation equal to the penalty he would have supported if the cancellation had been his on that date. If this cancellation is imposed by circumstances of force majeure as defined in Article 11 of the General Conditions SARL TIKITI, the CLIENT can not claim any compensation.
SARL TIKITI offers the CUSTOMER an optional cancellation guarantee.
6 - Prices and invoicing
The prices listed on the site are expressed in euros, including VAT.
The prices listed on the site include the rental for the period and the number of people indicated in our offer and, unless otherwise stated in the descriptions: water, gas, electricity, location for one vehicle per rental, access to infrastructure reception, plastic sheets. Rentals are fully equipped. For more details on their equipment, on arrival and departure times, as well as the deposit, it should refer to the descriptions provided on the site.
The prices listed on the site do not include: local taxes, paying activities offered by the campsite, the extra people, pets, fabrics Bed linen, bicycles, safes, a baby-kit etc. These additional benefits are to be paid directly to the campsite.
The prices listed on the site will include, in any case, the cost of transportation or consumption.
TIKITI SARL reserves the right to change prices displayed on the site at any time but is committed to applying the current rates that were displayed to the CUSTOMER at the time of his order.
7 - Payment
Payment of STAY is set online by credit card (Blue Card, VISA, Master Card) whose details will be entered on the order form
The balance will be paid on the spot, in cash, by check or holiday check. The credit card is not accepted on site.

Any complaints, following a stay bought on site, must be in writing and sent by registered letter no later than 20 days after the end of the stay of the CLIENT, to following address: SARL TIKITI camping Tikiti 20110 Propriano
9 - Security
Online payment is 100% secure.
The information related to the credit card of the CLIENT (the 16 digit number of your card, the 4 digits of the validity date, the last 3 digits of the pictogram on the back of the payment card) does not circulate in clear on the Internet, but will be fully protected and encrypted SSL via the secure payment platform.
SARL TIKITI will in no way have the CLIENT's card number.
10 - Protection of personal data
Some information and data concerning the Customer, are collected on the site for the purposes of management control. They can be sent to companies of SARL TIKITI group. This information and data is also stored for security purposes, in order to meet legal and regulatory obligations. The Customer has at any time the right to access, modify, rectify and delete personal data. To exercise this right, the CUSTOMER can directly access their personal data and modify them by visiting the site, in the My Account and by identifying with their password, or it can be requested in addressing SARL TIKITI or by sending an email to infos@campingtikiti.com
11- Responsibility
Exemption from the client:
Beyond 24 hours without news of the arrival of the CLIENT Ltd. TIKITI can have your rented accommodation. SARL TIKITI then keeps costs under our cancellation policy.
In case of late arrival or early departure from the dates mentioned on the invoice sent to the CLIENT (voucher / voucher), no refund will be made.
SARL TIKITI can not be held liable for breach of the Terms and Conditions SARL TIKITI in case of unavailability of the service on the SITE, inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including interruption of service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses. For maintenance reasons, and / or any other decision TIKITI SARL, access to the site or orders may be interrupted. The site is subject to changes and developments without any notice.
Waiver of force majeure:
SARL TIKITI can not be held liable for breach of the terms of sale SARL TIKITI in case of force majeure, such as breakdowns of internal or external electrics, or communications (failure computer network etc.), all natural disasters on sTAY site, including any flood, fire, storm, hail and other severe weather conditions.
In any event, the responsibility of SARL TIKITI not be liable for an amount greater than 3 times the price of STAY.
12. Overriding law
The General Conditions of Sale apply to the extent they are not contrary to law. The possible invalidation of a provision or provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of other provisions.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
