Booking implies full adherence to our terms and conditions as well as our internal regulations.
RESERVATION: All reservations are personal and cannot be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
The maximum number of occupants, including children and babies, must not be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.
Reservation is confirmed upon our approval, receipt of the contract, and the payment of a 30% deposit of the total stay amount. The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before your arrival, payable by bank/credit card or bank transfer. Failure to make full payment 30 days prior to arrival gives the campsite the right to consider the reservation cancelled, with the deposit retained.
For reservations made less than 30 days before arrival, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
No reduction or refund will be granted for delayed arrival or early departure.
In the absence of written notice from the client stating a delayed arrival, the camping pitch or accommodation will be made available 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, without refund.
CANCELLATION / INTERRUPTION OF STAY: Any cancellation must be made in writing. If you have purchased cancellation insurance, you should contact your insurance directly. If you have not purchased insurance, the campsite will not refund any payments.
ACCOMMODATION RENTAL: Accommodations are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. A deposit of 380€, through an undebited credit card imprint, is required upon arrival. The deposit will be cancelled on the day of departure after checking for no damage, perfect cleanliness, and a complete inventory. Cleaning is the responsibility of the client, or a cleaning fee of €80 will be deducted from the deposit.
CAMPING PITCH: Camping pitches are available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. The pitches must be returned to their original state at the end of the stay.
YOUR STAY: Public liability insurance is mandatory. Campers are responsible for the supervision of their personal belongings. The campsite disclaims any responsibility for incidents falling under the camper's public liability.
The campsite cannot be held responsible for accidents, injuries, or irregularities.
All clients must adhere to the internal regulations.
Each tenant is responsible for disturbances and nuisances caused by those staying with them.
Any violation of the internal regulations may result in expulsion without refund. Children are under the exclusive care of their parents or legal guardians, who are criminally and legally responsible.
Pet owners must present an up-to-date veterinary vaccination card and insurance certificate. Dogs of categories 1 and 2 are not accepted. Only one dog per pitch or rental is allowed. Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the campsite, they must be leashed at all times, and in case of dispute, the courts of Béziers are solely competent.
Visitors do not have access to the swimming pool for safety and insurance reasons.
All rentals are non-smoking.
Fires and charcoal barbecues are prohibited.
SWIMMING POOL: Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory. A shower is required before swimming. The swimming pool area is not supervised; children must be accompanied by an adult and are under their responsibility.
INTERNAL REGULATIONS: Every client must scrupulously adhere to the internal regulations of the campsite.
MEDIATION: In case of dispute and after contacting the campsite's customer service, any campsite client has the option to contact a consumer mediator within a maximum period of one year from the date of the complaint, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the operator.
