The present sales terms and conditions rule all the stays sold on the website www.camping-les12cols.fr They are included in the contract binding the establishment and the customers.
The client agrees to acknowledge these terms and conditions prior to any booking request for a stay concerning himself and any other person enjoying the stay.
According to the law in force, the present terms and conditions are available for the client for information only and prior to any contract for holiday purchase. The terms and conditions are available on written request to the establishment office.
2.The lessee undertakes to use the accommodation or the rented location and to respect the internal regulations in force. without degrading the accomodation and disturbing the tranquility of the neighborhood.
3.The lease is concluded exclusively for the duration determined in the contract. In any case the tenant cannot claim any right of occupancy of the premises before or after the dates mentioned in the contract. All bookings are nominative and can not be assigned.
4.Liability insurance covering the practice of camping-caravanning is mandatory. Any deterioration of the premises, loss or destruction of the movable elements which decorate the accommodations or the buildings of common access engages by right the responsibility of its author. The tenant customer as a rental accommodation or a location is personally responsible for all damages, losses or degradations made to both the rental accommodation and all the facilities of the campsite, committed by the people who stay with them or visit them.
5.The location or accommodation will be determined by the campsite, you cannot claim a specific location or accommodation but, as far as possible, we will try to respect your preferences.
Only one vehicle per rental or location, a second may be parked on the outdoor parking at additional cost.
6.We advise you to subscribe cancellation insurance.
The campsite offers you optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your rental contract. Our partner NEAT ASSURANCE will refund all or part of the stay only to customers that have purchased Neat Assurance (flex +). In case of cancellation, please notify the campsite of your cancellation as soon as an event occurs that prevents your departure, by letter or by email. If the claim is covered in the general conditions, please notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
7.The renter must present himself at the reception at the day and at the time that have been mentioned in the contract. In case of late arrival or delay, the tenant is requested to inform the campsite. If applicable, within 24 hours after the expected date of arrival, the campsite may have the location or rental. The deposit paid will remain acquired at the campsite.
8.Deposit / Balance: - If the booking at Camping Les 12 Cols takes place more than 30 days before the date of stay, a deposit 25 % of the amount of the stay and the booking fee will be requested and the balance will be payable no later than days before your date of stay – As for the accommodations, if the reservation takes place less than 30 days before the date of stay, payment of the total amount of your stay will be requested at the time of booking. - Apart from tourist taxes, if the number of people is less than the number entered and validated during booking, it will not be changed or refunded. The local tourist tax is due to the year, per day, and per person over 18 years old.
9.Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the campsite. The sums paid during the booking will remain at the campsite and the location or rental will be made available. If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the scheduled date of arrival, the total amount of your stay will be required.
10.Camping pitches will be available from 12pm and must be vacated no later than 12am. After this time an extra day will be charged.
Maximum 6 people per pitch + 1 vehicle. The use of 2 pitches entails the billing of 2 pitches.
The pitch should be cleaned before departure (paper, butts, pebbles ...). It is forbidden to hang anything on trees or to damage plants.
Pets are allowed on the sites (only one animal per pitch). They must be kept on a leash. Tattoos and up-to-date vaccination cards are mandatory. Any animal on the site will incur a daily supplement. 1st and 2nd category dogs will not be accepted on the site. (except in the mobil-home)
11.Accommodations will be available from 3pm and must be vacated no later than 10am.
During the school holidays, the accommodations are rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. However, depending on our availability, we may offer you other proposals.
Exceeding the maximum number of persons indicated in the contract (including baby) will result in the immediate end of the rental and the amount of the rent will remain due.
At the delivery of the keys, a deposit (€ 300 / accommodation in check or cash) will be required.
Upon your departure, the accommodation will be returned in the same state of cleanliness as at the arrival (as well as the external surroundings) and any broken, missing or deteriorated object will be charged as well as the restoration of the places if it proves necessary. A cleaning fee of €60 will be charged and may be retained on the deposit. The deduction of the deposit does not exclude additional compensation in case the costs exceed the amount thereof.
The tenant will take over the responsibility of the inventory on the day of arrival and notify the receipt of any anomalies and the same day.
On the day of departure, after the inventory of accommodation (the time must be fixed with the officials of the campsite), the deposit is returned or at the latest within 5 days of departure (deduction made of the cost of the restoration of the premises if deterioration or loss were noted).
The use of sheets and pillowcases is mandatory. In case the tenant does not have his own sheets, he agrees to rent sheets at the reception on arrival
Pets are not allowed inside the accommodations.
12. Extract of the rules of the swimming pool: Swimsuits are compulsory. Shorts and bermudas are forbidden. It is forbidden to smoke, drink and eat on the beaches. Inflatable games are prohibited
13.Barbecues are only allowed on charcoal and in the campsite's fixed barbecues.
14.Visitors are allowed on the site from 9am to 22pm. They must report to the reception to identify themselves and the people they visit and pay their fees. Their vehicle will remain parked in the outdoor parking.
15.The responsibility of the camping, beyond its legal responsibility, is not liable in the cases of: - theft, loss or damage of whatever nature, during your stay, - nuisances due to the natural phenomena (weather , insects, ...), - breakdown or temporary decommissioning of technical equipment or camping facilities.
16.The establishment is not liable for any damages on the holiday-maker's equipment. Holiday-makers must have subscribed civil liability insurance for their equipment (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
17.Policies and procedures
In accordance with the law in force, the client agrees to subscribe to the Policies and procedures, listed in the Préfecture, available at the reception desk, it will be given on demand.
18.In case of a disagreement between the client and the camping les 12 cols on the assumption of its claim, in a timeframe of less than one year after the client made a written claim to Camping les 12 cols, the client has the right to resort CM2C mediation services offered by the camping Les 12 Cols.The client can send CM2C his request for mediation by:

The mediation is free for the customer, except for lawyers, experts or any other person whom the client chooses to involve in the mediation.
