GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking conditions:
Online booking on our website
Le Rivage campsite will confirm your booking within 72 hours following confirmation of booking on the website, in order to check that the holiday you have booked is available.
Booking by e-mail, telephone etc…
The booking is confirmed by a down payment of 30% of the total price of the stay.
In all cases, the balance will be settled when you check in.
Admission conditions:
Please notify us in the event of any delay to your arrival, otherwise the booking will be deemed cancelled from 7 pm onwards.
For the campsite
•Check-in from 2 pm and check-out by 12 noon.
•Early check-out: the next 2 nights will not be refunded.
For Cottage rentals
•Check-in from 3 pm. Check-out by 10 am. On check-in day, if the number of mobile home occupants exceeds the maximum number permitted for the rental, management reserves the right to refuse the customer
•The tenant has a period of 24 hours in which to report any anomaly
•You will be asked to pay a security deposit of €250 on check-in day to guarantee against any loss, breakage or damage to equipment, including €50 for cleaning. This will be returned to you on check-out day after an inventory has been taken.
•The customer is responsible for final cleaning of the rental property. A cleaning fee of €50 may be charged if it has not been properly cleaned.
•No discounts will be given for early check-outs.
•One small dog per rental is permitted, for a supplement (€5 per night). The blankets will be checked during the inventory (€5 per soiled blanket).
•Visitors are allowed from 8 am to 10 pm, at management's discretion.
•The cottages are non-smoking.
Cancellation conditions
•Cancellation-interruption insurance is optional
The campsite accepts no responsibility in the event of cancellation or interruption of the stay. Therefore, no refunds will be issued by the campsite in such an eventuality.
•Customers have the option to take out Holiday cancellation insurance guaranteeing a refund of the sums paid (ask us for more information)
