GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
Article 1- Scope of the general conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions shall automatically govern all sales of stays made on the website www.camping-lemoulinduroy.com . They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each client acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.
In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract of sale of stays. They may also be obtained upon a simple written request addressed to the head office of the establishment.
Article 2- Booking conditions
2.1 Price and payment:The price of the stay is indicated in euros, VAT included. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the tourist tax is not included in the price.
Any reservation request is accompanied by a first deposit check of 25% of the price of the estimate + 10 euros for the reservation fee (payment returned if the request cannot be satisfied).On receipt, a contract is sent to you, indicating any additional deposit and the balance of the stay to be paid 14 days before your arrival. This contract is to be returned completed and signed within ten days. The reservation becomes effective only after receipt of the deposit and after receipt either of the booking contract duly completed and signed, or after acceptance of the general conditions of sale when booking online. Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
For pitch reservations: the basic package includes the pitch for the tent, caravan or camper for 1 or 2 people, access to the sanitary facilities and reception facilities. All rentals are nominative and cannot be assigned. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees.
For accommodation reservations:the rental apartments are equipped (list of small equipment accessible on the website and displayed in the Rentals), with the exception of sheets, table linen and bath towels. The basic package is 2
à4 places, depending on the type of rental. Any rental is nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental becomes effective only with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the reservation fee. The campsite reserves the right to refuse access to groups or families with a higher number than the capacity of the rented accommodation.
Group booking: Any booking of more than 4 accommodations by the same natural person or by different natural persons but knowing and moving together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay is considered a group booking. The accommodation offered on our website is exclusively addressed to individual customers.For any group booking request, you must contact us by phone, e-mail or via our «Contact us» section. We reserve the right to review the booking request before accepting or refusing it.
2.2 Booking change:
No discount will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation:
Any unrestricted reservation in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled.
All cancellations must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
More than 30 days before the start date of the stay, the deposit will remain acquired at the campsite as well as the application fee.
Less than 30 days before the date ,the full stay will be due.
You can purchase cancellation insurance according to the conditions in force on the date of subscription of the contract.

2.4 Withdrawal:
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of distance selling provided for by the French Consumer Code do not apply to tourist services (Article L121 20-4 of the French Consumer Code). Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
Article 3-Conduct of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
In camping pitch: arrivals are from 12h and departures before 12h. In rental, arrivals are from 3pm onwards, departures are from 10.30am, regardless of the day of the week.
3.2 Bond
A deposit of 200 euros per accommodation will be requested the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the reception, after an inventory.if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness . If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
3.3 Departure
Any return of accommodation key after 10:30am or site release after 12:00pm will result in an additional overnight stay. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Pets are accepted for a fee payable at the time of booking, except 1st and 2nd category dogs. They must be kept on a leash at all times.They are prohibited near swimming pools and in buildings.The vaccination record for dogs and cats must be up to date.
3.5 Rules of Procedure
As required by law, you must adhere to our rules of procedure, deposited at the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you upon request.
Article 4-Liability
The campsite declines all responsibility for the damage suffered by the camper-caravanier's equipment which would be of its own, an insurance for your equipment regarding civil liability is mandatory(FFCC,ANWB,AOAC ...).
Article 5-Disputes
Any complaints regarding the non-conformity of the services in relation to the contractual commitments must be reported in writing (letter with acknowledgement of receipt) to the campsite address within 30 days after the end of the stay.
Article 6-Applicable law
These general terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the Court of First Instance seised by the consumer or closest to the place of the harmful event.
Article 7-Mediation of consumer disputes:
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, concerning the mediation process of consumer disputes, the customer has the right to use the free mediation service offered by the SAS Le Moulin Du Roy.
