GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESERVATIONS - CAMPING JARDINS DE KERGAL
> THE RESERVATION will be taken into account: AFTER agreement from management, WITH your signature at the bottom of said duly completed contract, and WITH your payment of 30% of the reservation amount to be used on your stay invoice + €60 administration fees non-refundable (€30 for unmodified Internet Reservations; +5% of the cost of your stay for optional cancellation insurance - minimum €15). An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you, non-transferable to a third party, to be presented on the day of your arrival. For rental: The campsite having been abused on multiple occasions, the balance will be paid 30 days before your arrival under penalty of cancellation of the reservation. Thank you for your understanding. When camping: the balance and various taxes will be payable on the day of your arrival. NO DISCOUNT WILL BE GIVEN FOR A DELAY OR EARLY DEPARTURE. Please note: in the event of a delay, please notify us in writing. If no information reaches us on this subject, the pitch or rental will be allocated to another customer the next day at 12 p.m. Amounts paid will not be refunded. MINORS not accompanied by their legal representatives during the entire stay are not admitted to the campsite.
> ANIMALS Valid tattoo and vaccination, health record to be presented on the day of your arrival. Dangerous category 1 and 2 dogs (pit bulls, etc.) are not allowed on the campsite. Please communicate the breed of your dog when booking in order to validate its arrival. The installation of tents is PROHIBITED on rental pitches under penalty of exclusion. Car washing is FORBIDDEN on the campsite. The use of the toilets is RESERVED FOR CAMPERS. Wearing a bracelet on your wrist is MANDATORY under penalty of exclusion. All campers or tenants are required to comply with the internal regulations, a copy of which will be given to them on request on the day of their arrival, as well as the reservation and special conditions of the Campsite.
> CANCELLATION Any cancellation must be reported IN WRITING. In all cases, application fees will not be refunded.
- Before March 1st = total refund of the deposit,
- Between March 1st and May 1st = 50% of the deposit
- After May 1st, the amounts paid will remain with the Camping.
> CANCELLATION INSURANCE The campsite offers optional Cancellation and Interruption insurance in your reservation contract. Our partner Gritchen Affinity undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay only to customers who have taken out Campez Couvert insurance. This is not included in the price, it is optional and amounts to 5% of the total amount (minimum €15), payable when booking and subscribing. In the event of cancellation, notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as an event occurs preventing your departure by post or email. If the loss is provided for in the general conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all the necessary information and supporting documents.
> WEATHER CONDITIONS OR CASE OF FORCE MAJEUR: The Campsite management declines all responsibility in the event that unfavorable weather conditions or a case of force majeure result in the cancellation of certain services or certain activities. Under no circumstances will these bad weather conditions or this case of force majeure give rise to any reduction or refund, in full or in part.
> SPECIAL RENTAL CONDITIONS AND LOCATIONS The location of the location is determined solely based on the requirements of our planning.
> RENTALS (Arrivals from 4:00 p.m. – Departures before 10:00 a.m.): in July and August, rentals are only weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
> PITCHES (Arrivals from 2:00 p.m. – Departures before 12:00 p.m.): in very high season, campsite arrivals/departures are daily for a minimum of 7 nights, except for special ranges with defined days.
> PAYMENTS Our establishment does not accept bank checks. You can pay by Credit Card, Cash, ANCV Holiday Vouchers, Bank Transfer or Direct Debit.
> DEPOSITS Different deposits (by credit cards only) will be requested upon arrival: €300 for the rental + €100/150/200 depending on the type of rental for the household. The tenant must check on arrival that no technical/housekeeping problem is present, or report it immediately or at the latest the following morning. On departure, the deposit will be returned after examining the premises. A nuisance/cleanliness deposit of €100 may also be requested or invoiced by management, in the event of repeated and/or exceptional nuisances on the campsite, or a location left unsanitary.
> ADDITIONAL SERVICES Activities offered during high season, weekdays from July 7 to August 22. Grocery store, Bar & Snack open in high season according to posted times - Aquatic Area: from May to September - Only one or two-piece Lycra swimsuits are allowed for swimming (e.g. Shorts and Boardshorts Prohibited). Any breach of the swimming pool's internal regulations, displayed on site and/or available on simple request, will constitute non-compliance with these general conditions, leading to a ban on access to this service, up to the exclusion of camping in certain cases.
